32 Brownsea Road is a stunning 'New England style' self catering holiday home in the heart of Sandbanks, Poole. The property was completed to a high specification in 2015.
Enjoy your holiday in complete luxury with wifi, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, an outdoor hot tub, a walk in wet room for washing away the sand, a wood burning stove for the cooler days, a modern kitchen with induction hob, flat screen TV and wine fridge, and Villeroy & Boch bathrooms. There is off road parking for 2 cars.
The house comfortably sleeps 12 in the 4 bedrooms. The first floor has a double ensuite room, a double balcony room, a bunk room with 4 beds (2x bunks) and a family bathroom. The top floor suite has a super king size bed and an adjoining landing with a daybed that can be made up as 2 single beds, as well as a further bathroom.
Located in the heart of Sandbanks, we are only a short stroll away from the Sandbanks beach, Poole harbour and all the amazing watersports, the chain ferry to Studland and the shops and restaurants on the peninsular, including the recently opened Rick Stein. This is the ideal location to explore Sandbanks and the surrounding areas of Studland, Poole, Bournemouth and further afield.
32 Brownsea Road welcomes groups and families of all ages and can cater for young children, but sadly we are unable to accommodate hen and stag groups.
During our peak summer and school holiday times we have a minimum 7 night stay, but we welcome short breaks outside of these times.

“Fab weekend break”
Booked for a weekend get together as we all live in different directions. Just lovely. As pictures, if not nicer. Owners so pleasant to deal with. We left a little item and she posted it back for us. Huge socialble kitchen and lounge space and a great hot tub. Also, helped us out with the parking. Would definitely use again.
We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding, we absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for what we needed, so much space, light and airy. Caroline was a great host and easy to get in contact with.

Ticked all the boxes for a perfect family venue. The kids were thrilled with the hot tub and there is plenty of space to spread out inside. Spacious bedrooms and ample bathrooms. Decorated tastefully and just a short walk from the beach. Winner all round!
“Fabulous modern home from home stay”
Modern, fully equipped house (kitchen, fridge, wine cooler, great rooms, internet TV and hot tub) in great location near to beaches. Whats not to like. We had friends staying ... teenagers/young adults coming and going and it never felt cramped, room for everyone. Great stay and we would love to come back

Had a very enjoyable week. Good weather added to our stay. I found the seating in the loung uncomfortable. But apart from that it was a lovely place to stay.
“Fabulous House for a family celebration”
We stayed at 32 Brownsea Road for long weekend to celebrate my husbands & daughters birthdays. The house is situated perfectly to explore the surrounding area & the house was very comfortable and well stocked when we stayed in. The eleven of us had a fabulous time and would definitely think of returning. The highlight for the kids was the jacuzzi!!

“Mini break for 10!”
This mini break was a surprise trip i booked for my best friend who has very high standards. We searched high & low for a big house with a hot tub in a nice location open to anywhere in the country really. As soon as I found this house I knew it was perfect! When we arrived we were thrilled. The house is absolutely beautiful. Perfect entertaining space with so much room. Decorated to a high standard, stylish and cosy. 10 ladies aged 20's to 50's lived comfortably for 3 nights and did not feel cramped. Great location for walks, stunning area with huge houses and just a stones throw from the beech and ferry. I can't thank Caroline and family enough for having us stay in their beautiful property. I would recommend this house to all ages as their are restaurants including rick steins, spa hotels and cafes just 5 minutes walk away as well as a 10 minute drive to Bournemouth. I hope to be back in the future!!
Location good as walkable to beach and chain ferry. Four bathrooms made everything much easier for everyone!
