Dukes Court is located on Cavendish Road which is a quiet residential area surrounding the cricket ground. The location is close to town and about a ten minute walk to the centre. At the rear of the block is Lansdowne Road with access to the west side of Bournemouth.

Flat 2 is a recently refurbished ground floor two bedroom property consisting of a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a good size twin bedroom. The property sleeps four people although an additional fold out bed can be provided for a fifth person.The lounge diner is a good size and well furnished, in particular with a large comfortable leather suite. The lounge area leads out onto the balcony which has a small table and four chairs. There are also good sized secluded communal gardens available to use.

The property offers a family bathroom and separate WC. Hot water is supplied via electrically operated cylinder tank and a power shower. The heating is supplied by individually controllable brand new modern storage heaters which can be adjusted and controlled on demand in each room as required.

Parking is available at the property. There are no reserved spaces and guests can park in any space. We ask guests with more than one vehicle to park additional vehicles on the road which has unrestricted parking.

Subject to availability the landlord offers free personal check in to this property and reduced cost airport and seaport transfers if required.

The property is well equipped and tastefully furnished - perfect good quality family accommodation in a convenient location.

This apartment is located in the quiet residential area of Dean Park in Bournemouth and is the perfect location for a holiday as it is only a short walk to the beaches and Town Centre.

Bournemouth town centre has an abundance of shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Here you will also find cinemas, the Pavilion theatre, Bournemouth International Centre and a variety of places to eat and drink. Head down to pier approach and you'll find plenty to see and do, if you can manage to tear yourself away from the seven miles of golden sand why not take a stroll on the pier, play in the amusements, go on an underwater adventure at the Oceanarium or even catch the land train to Boscombe. Stroll through Bournemouth gardens and you'll come across mini golf, a bandstand, aviary and the Bournemouth eye, a tethered balloon with large passenger carrier attached which flies high above the skyline and offers spectacular views.

Take a walk up Hengistbury head and you'll be greeted with wonderful views of the coastline and the Isle of Wight. Stroll down the other side and you'll find yourself on the beach where you can quench your thirst in the café or catch a boat over to Christchurch. The priory town with its castle ruins and natural harbour offers some lovely locations for lunch or dinner.

The summer months see Bournemouth come alive with firework displays, candlelight nights, events for children and even an air festival on the beach. From mid November and throughout December the town centre becomes home to a German Christmas market, where you can buy traditional gifts or just sit and enjoy a nice glass of Gluhwein!

Further afield you'll find the spectacular Jurassic coastline (a world heritage site). Corfe Castle, The New Forest, Swanage and Southampton are all within easy travelling distance for a great day out.

“Good find!”

Work trip to Bournemouth, stayed here for over 3 weeks, could not have asked for a better location! The flat had everything we needed, owners came every week to clean and change linen (by the way linen and towels were the best!), the property was spotless and that huge bed!! Blown light bulb must have tripped the fuses but owners were there immediately to sort out after calling the agents. Agents are very pleasant to deal with, always polite and helpful. If we were to come back to Bournemouth, we will be contacting them. Definitely will recommend the flat and the agency. Andrew.
