Hello and welcome to Sea Dreams in Bournemouth. Thank you for taking the time to look at my lovely apartment.

Please note I do not accept pets, hen or stag parties or groups all aged under 21. Family bookings preferred.

I am proud to have been awarded superhost status and received certificates of excellence for consecutive years as a result of consistent high standards and guest reviews.

This is a light and spacious 3 bedroom apartment equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay in Bournemouth. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a block of just 6 luxury apartments near the beach. There is lift access to the first floor. The block is on a very quiet, tree lined street in a prestigious part of Bournemouth. At the end of the road is the clifftop and a zig-zag path down to blue flag beaches of Southbourne and Boscombe. Bournemouth beach is just a short stroll away.

The apartment comprises of: A large open plan living/dining room. The room is very light with a bay window and 2 further double glazed windows. There are 2, 2 seater leather sofas, a 3 seater double pull out sofa bed, an arm chair, coffee table, 50inch Panasonic Freeview HD Smart LED TV and Blu-ray DVD player. I have also included a Sony Playstation 2 with 4 controllers and lots of top title games to play. There is a large oak dining table with 6 dining chairs and 2 further folding chairs including high chair.

There is free WiFi fibre broadband and a large bookcase containing over 100 DVDs, board games, poker set, books, tourist information leaflets and booklets including maps. I have also made a folder with local takeaway menus if you fancy a break from cooking. I also include a usb plug with a micro usb and iphone charging cables if you forget your own.

There is a separate kitchen with a large dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 5 hob gas stove with extractor fan, large electric oven/grill and microwave. Please note there is no washing machine but there are launderettes locally if you so need. There is a Combi boiler meaning all hot water is instant. Gas, Electricity and Water Bills are obviously included. There is a large selection of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, kitchen utensils and other kitchen accessories for your use. The entire apartment is neutrally decorated with tasteful nautical themed pictures.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a double bed with memory pocket sprung mattress. There are 2 bedside cabinets with touch control lamps. There is a huge mirrored sliding wardrobe with plenty of space and clothes hangers for all your belongings. There is an arm chair, HD TV, DVD player and a Roberts radio alarm clock. The master has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, basin, shaver socket, all modern luxury chrome fittings and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is the smallest bedroom with a comfortable small double bed and wardrobe with drawers. There is also a wall mounted TV with DVD player. Bedroom 3 features a double bed with pocket sprung mattress, 2 bedside 3 drawer cabinets, a triple wardrobe and TV with DVD player. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, basin, 2 bathroom cabinets and heated towel rails. Although the bathroom and en-suite bathroom are fully tiled, please take care not to excessively spill water onto the floor as they are not wet rooms.

Bedding is provided. There is one bath towel per guest and hand towels in each bathroom. I also provide toilet rolls, shower gel and hand wash. I include a Welcome pack with helpful information for your stay along with some tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits to help you settle on arrival.

Outside: There is a small communal garden and one designated off road parking space. All other vehicles can park for free on the quiet and safe street to the front of the building. There are always parking spaces there. There is an intercom entry system to the building if needed. Lift access to the first floor. Please note the apartment is no smoking. There is an ash tray outside the main entrance for your use. Just around the corner from the property are private tennis courts which you can access with a fob key provided. I also provide 4 tennis rackets and balls.

Bournemouth town centre is only 5 minutes away in a car or taxi. Southbourne and Boscombe high streets with shops, cafes and bars are only short strolls away.

I also have a beach hut which is available to hire and is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a gas stove, kettle, pan, nearby drinking water tap, tea, coffee, fruit cordial, mugs, cups, plates, cutlery, lots of beach games, lilos, football, boules, cricket set, rounders set and much more.

Please note before making a booking: I do not accept Hen or Stag parties. I also do not accept pets or groups of guests who are all aged 21 years and under. Check in is from 2pm and check out is at 11am. The property is NO-SMOKING throughout. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette ends in the ash tray opposite the main entrance. Please do not BBQ at the property, there is a park just around the corner and you can also BBQ at the cliff top and beach at the end of the road. Please keep noise down between 11pm and 8am in respect to the neighbours. No loud music is permitted at any time.The apartment is not to be used as a place to just party in. Please do not wear shoes in the apartment as there are cream carpets throughout. There are shoe cabinets in the hall. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as when you entered (ie clean and tidy) otherwise cleaning costs may be deducted from your damage deposit. Cleaning products and dishwasher tablets are provided under the sink as well as a vacuum cleaner in the kitchen. There is an iron, ironing board and 2 hair driers. When you leave the apartment at night to go out and explore Bournemouth and the surrounding area, please do not leave windows open or the heating and the lights on.

Getting around

Everything is within walking distance. Alternatively there is a very frequent bus service at the end of the street. Also a list of taxi numbers within the welcome folder. Pokesdown train station is nearby if you want to visit Poole, Weymouth, the New Forest, Southampton or London.

Lovely bright airy apartment. James waiting for us on arrival as promised, filled us in on do's and don'ts and left us to it. Clean and tidy, and all amenities. Very close to lovely sandy beaches. Definitely consider using again.

Lovely boutique apartment. Met by the owner and showed around and given lots of information about the apartment and the surrounding area. Good parking within the apartment grounds, very safe area, apartment well equiped, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of hot water, nice spacious sitting room and good sized bedrooms. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.
