Located in a former manor house (now divided into flats) in a premium seafront area (East Cliff) in front of, or just a few metres to, a zig-zag path to the long sandy beaches of Bournemouth, a spacious comfortable double or triple room with free fibre-optics high speed WIFI, equipped with own fridge, dinning area and small loung area (almost like a studio) is offered for short term holiday let during the spring and summer or some other periods in the year. You have access to a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom rarely used by two other occupants and usually kept clean. The room offered is right next to both the kitchen and bathroom facilities so really very close to the room and bathrobes are provided. The property is set away from the busy roads and is surrounded by pine trees and greenery for real peace and quiet and a good night's rest. Guests also have the use of our splendid common garden with 180 degree views of the sea and lanscaped in an Italianate style. An outdoor patio area is available in this big garden for a BBQ or you can just go out there with a mat and a good book to laze and enjoy the seaviews. A gate at the end of the garden leads to the East Cliff promenade and the beach is accessible straight away down a zig zag path at the same level of the garden/property. A small but pleasant shared balcony is also available to have a drink or a tea outdoors next to the room. Should you need any advice about the area, we would be at hand to share our knowledge of the local area and of tourist sites to vist. Lots of facilities are close at hand. For example: Bournemouth central train/coach station is about 15min walk, Bournemouth centre 20min to 25min walk to the Bournemouth Pier or its a 10min walk to the Boscombe gardens whilst overcliff restaurants and hotels just 3 to 10min walk depending how far you wish to go.

This spacious & bright room accomodation is ideal for holiday makers at an attractive weekly rate from £250 pounds (unbeatable for the area) or gor short weekend stays or for those wishing to prepare for a new school/university or a new job in the area for a rate from £55 per night at weekends or £45 per night in weekdays but prices vary according to seasons. Although the room is best for 2 persons an extra single bed for a 3rd person can be added for a supplementary fee of £15 or £20 per night.

House rules

Guests who book should be over 18 years old. Parties are not allowed. To respect other guests & noise is not allowed between 9pm and 8am. Shared spaces (kitchen and bathroom) should be left clean and tidy after use. The security deposit is to cover any damage or loss on the property caused by a guest. Smoking is not permitted. Guests are required to take security precautions such as to close low-level windows or to lock their room or the front door when they go out of the property.

Very nice,the room was big enough for 3.Good value for money.It was clean,very quite and extremely close to the beach.Aline was very helpful and we spend lovely week.Definately recommend :)

How do damage deposits work?
