The apartment is situated in Southbourne, with stunning sea views, a convenient 2 minute stroll to the beach, a lift to the property and private parking. It offers a great location for a relaxing holiday, with easy access to all local shops and restaurant/take aways. The apartment is ideal for couples and families.

“Perfect!”

Perfect place for a much needed rest at least part of the time. The balcony was lovely to relax on after a long day at work, there are sunny spots and cooler spots when the weather is hot. The view cannot be faulted. Although I couldn't meet Brian and Debbie, communication was excellent and helpful. The apartment is clean and comfortable, lots of thoughtful extras, tea and a cake! Handwash/shower gel, plenty of cleaning products/wash pods/dishwasher pods etc. Particularly enjoyed Netflix/Amazon. TV has a DVD slot with dvd's for adults and children. When things return to normal, lots of places nearby to eat/drink coffee. I don't have a car, good bus service minutes away. Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Castle Point shopping centre very easy to reach, as is Boscombe, Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole. Highly recommended. Thank you Brian and Debbie. Hope to return and meet you both.

We enjoyed our stay in Bournemouth. The flat was well located with sea view and a nearby beach bistro that we enjoyed very much. What we liked about the flat was that it was modern, clean and with an onsite parking bay. The owner was nearby for any queries and it felt like home from home. Overall I would say that it was good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a few days in a pleasant and relaxing location.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
