The Coach House is in Bournemouth, Dorset.Weekly rates offered, with at least 1 free night discount, in low season.
Jayne always wanted to live by the sea and now offers 4 holiday apartments for guests to do the same, even if it is only for a week.
Each apartment has its own front door and all of them are attached to their home so its not far to walk if you need anything.Guests love the homely feel of the furnishings and Jayne prides herself on the standard of cleanliness - even the fridges are defrosted every week so that you feel that everything has been done perfectly, just for you.Whether you want a King-size bed, twins, a balcony or a great shower - just phone and chat it through with Jayne and she will do their best to accommodate you.
By day you are minutes walk to the beach, Bournemouth town with its great shops, restaurants and theatres - at night the Victorian walled garden gives a reassurance to aid peaceful nights sleep plus your car is only a few feet from your own front door.Wi-Fi is included so you don't need to worry about finding a signal anywhere else and if you're feeling active then 100 yards walk away is the 4* West Cliff Hotel where you can pay £6 for a swim or £20 for the whole day (or £10 from 3pm) to use the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities including an adults only pool downstairs.
The property itself stands in a peaceful walled garden ,private parking is available within the grounds. A launderette and shops selling milk, papers, groceries etc are within two hundred yards; bus stops are just one hundred yards away. Shopping precincts, a supermarket and department stores are within a short walk.The major conference and exhibition venues (all in the Bournemouth International Centre), the Pavilion, Pier,Theatres and Cinemas are just about ten minutes walk away. The Beach and Durley Chine are even nearer.
Regretfully we cannot accommodate children nor are we able to accept pets.
Apartment 2 - Sleeps 2. Fully self-contained. Ground Floor.
Private entrance from paved veranda. Spacious lounge/bedroom – one half with comfortable seating, colour television, electric fire – the other half with matching bedroom suite and twin divans (3ft). Separate Dining/Kitchen – fully fitted units, electric oven/hob, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster etc. Separate shower room and toilet.
Gas central heating included October through to March but only in the mornings and evenings ( It is not on all all day or through the night) There is an electric fire for all other times.
All Apartments are close carpeted and are decorated to a high standard. Each Flat has an adequate wardrobe (with coat hangers) and storage, electric shaver point, electric kettle and supplies of china, glasses, cutlery and basic cooking utensils. All televisions are fitted with Freeview. Each apartment is scrupulously cleaned between tenancies under the personal supervision of the resident proprietors. Bed linen, 2 hand towels and 2 tea towels are provided and all beds are fully made up before each tenancy commences. Please bring your own towels for bathroom and beach. Each flat is supplied with basic cleaning materials. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Coin meters (£1.00) are installed for electricity.
Apartments can be occupied from 1.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 9.30am on the day of departure. Guests arriving early (before1.30pm) are welcome to park cars in the grounds or leave luggage as desired.

“A warm welcome”
We have stayed at the Coach House before.Always a warm & friendly welcome from Jayne,fruit cake & a pint of milk in kitchen ready for a cuppa! Central location just a 10 minute or so walk through Middle Chine to the beach.Bournemouth & Westbourne are also just a few minutes walk away. Buses go every 4 or 5 mins from bus stop round the corner to Poole/ Bournemouth.The appartment is immaculate & very comfortable & set in a beautiful garden.We have already booked to go back.

We had a lovely time in Bournemouth - we arrived very late and Jayne had cake and everything we needed for a nice cup of tea waiting for us when we arrived. The studio flat is roomy, very clean and had all the necessary amenities. It has a super location - walking distance to the beach as well as the town centre. Parking was not a problen as we could park in the driveway. Jayne and her family live in the adjoining building so were around whenever we had any questions. Will definitely stay there again next time we come to Bournemouth.
