Description

A Beautiful Town Centre Fully Serviced apartment that will sleep 2 persons and is available for Weekly lets from Saturday to Saturday. The apartment is in a fabulous location right by "The Square" and the Central Gardens. It is just a few minutes walk from the Beach, Cinemas, Theatres and Restaurants etc. The apartment has a really quiet situation at the back of a block.

Furniture and fittings are all top quality with furniture from Habitat, BO concept and healers, bedding and towels from John Lewis and Marks and Spencer.

Available for holiday or business rental, there are No bills to pay and it includes all bedding and towels.

The apartment consists of a Double Bedroom with double bed. The apartment has a separate WC, Bathroom, a Fully Fitted Kitchen, Hallway and a delightful balcony overlooking the Church. The flat is fully serviced and comes with Linen and Towels etc. The apartment has Broadband Internet Access with Wi-Fi, a Blueray Player, and a 32 Inch LED TV and a 20 inch TV in the bedroom.

Bournemouth's "Town Centre The Square" is right outside the block with much entertainment most weekends, Tennis Courts just 500 Metres away, Beach and Pier also 500 metres. Golf course 500 metres. Multiple Gyms and fitness centres are near the apartment. The apartment is right by the Central Bus Stops in the Town Centre and easily accessed from the Train and Bus Station by a 10 Minute Bus ride?

Strictly no parties no smoking and no animals. I only accept bookings from Saturday 5PM arrival to Saturday 12 Noon departure.My apartment is fitted out and cleaned to a standard that I would expect if I was renting an apartment.

“Great town centre apartment”

The apartment is right in the heart of Bournemouth but as its at the rear of the building it's surprisingly quite and peaceful., there was no noise at night and we slept really well in the comfy large bed. It has a balcony that over looks the central gardens. It has all the facilities you need for your holiday including sky tv, there's also a freeview tv in the bedroom. The owner was extremely helpful including picking us up from the rail station and showing us round and explaining everything. The seafront and pier are only 5 minutes walk. If you don't have a car the local buses go from just round the corner (we got a £15 7 day network pass for the yellow buses from their office) If you want to stay close to all the shops, pubs and eateries just book this apartment!

There are so many good aspects about this property the bedroom is large and comfortable as is the lounge and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and was a pleasure to use during our stay. The balcony which overlooks the church plus a superb view of the park made for pleasurable mornings and evenings. All in all the apartment gave us a wonderful holiday and the extra service from the owner and his staff was the icing on the cake. So thank you all for helping us to have a pleasant holiday. Fantastic location in Bournemouth,short walk to shops, pubs,eateries,beach and pier. Well equipped kitchen with washer and dishwasher. Full Sky T V Package. Spacious and clean with good quality furniture. So good to be able to sit out on your own private balcony. The owner took time to show us around and said that if there's any problems just give me a ring,the n showed us to our own parking place with permit. My wife and I felt so happy in this lovely place we will be returning, and can't wait to get back

My husband and I have been very happy about our stay in that flat. The flat was immaculate. I would say that it was perfect. We could not have asked for better.The location was in the city center.Anything we needed was right at hand. The owner of the did his utmost to make our stay the best ever.
