Close to all amentities - shops, clubs, transport, cinemas, theatres, the BIC - and only a short 500 yard walk across the Square and through the lower gardens to Bournemouth seafront and pier.

Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, one bedroom. Price includes all heating and hot water, SKY+HD TV and wireless broadband. Electricity (for lights and appliances) is metered, but all maintenance charges are paid for by the owner.

There is a lift in the block.

There is free parking on the street overnight, and free daytime parking a few hundred yards round the corner towards Meyrick Park. NCP is nearby, as is Apcoa for long-term parking.

An extra bed or cot can be provided if required. Please ask if you would like other equipment or furniture.

Find fossils on the Jurassic coastline, west of Bournemouth. Visit the gardens, museums and exhibitions. Join in with the summer carnivals. Take the ferry to Brownsea Island to see the red squirrels and the peacocks. Cruise along the coast. Eat cream teas in country teashops. Explore Corfe Castle. Take a day trip to the Isle of Wight, or tp Geurnsey or Jersey. Try watersports - surfing, windsurfing, powerboating . . . Find a stone circle. Visit the loft museum at Christchurch Priory.
