This apartment is located within secure gated grounds with an allocated off road parking space on the corner of a picturesque tree lined avenue and is just a short walk (Approximately 200 meters) from Bournemouth's beautiful award winning 7 miles of Blue Flag sandy beaches.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is furnished and equipped to a high standard with accommodation comprising open plan living room/dining area with HDTV and Blu-Ray player and high speed internet access. There is a Juliet balcony giving outlook across the communal gardens, the dining area seats up to 6 people, the kitchen is well appointed with fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, two sinks, kettle and toaster, as well as a separate utility area with washer/dryer. The flat also has under floor heating and UPVC double glazing.

There areThree good size bedrooms, the Master bedroom with Super King sized bed, built in wardrobes and a contemporary en suite bathroom. Second double bedroom with King size bed and built in wardrobes, and a Twin room with 2 x single beds and built in wardrobes . There is a family shower room with a modern walk in shower cubicle.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people. Bed Linen and towels are included in the rental fee.
