Yellowstones Beach House is a large self catered house that can sleep 26 with Sea Views.

The house is large and spacious, with 8 bedrooms spread over four floors (4 of which are en-suite). The house has 7 internal bathrooms. All beds are zip and link and can be set to Singles or King size doubles.

Comprising of 2 kitchens with a commercial size oven (6 gas burners). A large double cinema lounge. The dining room seats 26 with an additional fridge. A laundry room with washer and dryer. The games room has table tennis and table football plus a further 6 beds dormitory style if needed.

The garden has a large decking and grass area with outside dining BBQ and hot tub. Ample parking is provided at the property.

Yellowstones Beach House has a fantastic West Cliff location, one road back from Bournemouth Pier. Centrally located to Bournemouth Town Centre, Pavilion Theatre and the Bournemouth International Centre.

The house is less than a few minutes stroll from all the local attractions of Bournemouth centre. It's the ideal venue for family holidays, get together and special occasions – whether they be short breaks or longer holidays.

The hot tub is run and owned by the Bournemouth Surf Academy and can be rented for £200 for Weekend stays. The Surf School offers lessons and board rental with special rates for guests.

We have a New Shepherds hut this can offer basic sleeping for 2 Guests.

The Bournemouth surf academy is located at the back of the property. Why not try a Surf lesson or Stand Up Paddle boarding available for guests with special discounted rates, all equipment is provided.

Hot tub Hire is available from the Surf Academy this is an optional extra package, please request when booking.

We have 8 large bedrooms and 7 internal bathrooms plus a separate toilet.

Several of the bedrooms have glorious sea views overlooking the Isle of Wight, and the coastlines beaches and piers.

You are welcomed to Yellowstones by a large entrance hall with original wood flooring and a large winding staircase.

Yellowstones has a large lounge as well as a cinema room with an extensive DVD library, a large and bright kitchen / breakfast room, and a dining room.

The lounge and dining room have plenty of relaxation space – enough to seat up to 26 people. All Rooms are spread over 4 floors, 8 bedrooms have zip and link; beds so can be very versatile for your needs.

Parking for 4 cars Large back garden, decking with sea views, gas BBQ.

Surf Academy run and own the Hot tub located in the garden of the property, close to the BBQ decking area.

This can be hired for an additional £200 or £230 for a Weeks stay.

The beach is less than a 2 minute stroll from the house all surf equipment is available at the house for hire or lessons.

As 15 girls on a getaway we had a fantastic stay at Yellowstones with everything we needed, it was a short walk from town and right next door to the beach, there were lots of bathrooms and bedrooms to fit everyone easily, the garden with decking, hot tub and sauna was fantastic and the kitchen was big enough for us to cook for everyone we couldn't have asked for more really. We really enjoyed the surf and paddle board lesson we do to through the surf school.
