Arriving to a spacious, clean, modern large ground floor apartment. Glancing out of the front window and catching sea views in the backdrop. Arriving home from sightseeing or sunbathing to a large tropical garden with seating, loungers and BBQ to extend the day for as long as possible. Which is why we have packed our bournemouthholidaylet with all the trimmings you would expect in a home from home.
Welcome to an oasis of calm where you can truly slip away from it all. It has been revamped into a contemporary hideaway for up to six guests. Amongst modern danish decor and contemporary art, you’ll find an abundance of mod cons for all the family from an iPod dock to hair dryer.

“2nd year stay and still amazing as the 1st year!”
We absolutely love this apartment! 2nd year stay and still amazing as the first! Subtle changes that have enhanced the property, modern double glazed windows and the garden is much more family friendly now that sum of the larger shrubs that divided the garden up have been reduced in height. Location is just perfect for closeness to the beach. This year we booked a beach hut which saved us lugging buckets and spades and body boards daily! The apartment is home from home, we absolutely can not fault it! Little touches like tea and coffee, kids dvds and games made those rainy mornings a little less fraught. Friends dropped in who were staying in the area and commented how lovely the apartment is! A fabulous comfy home from home stay, well worth every penny and absolutely would book again!

We booked this apartment as our son was getting married on the 1st of August, we were pleasantly surprise how big the apartment was! The picture on the site do not do it justice, and the garden is very spacious and secluded, this was an added bonus. Very central located for beach and shops... our stay here was brilliant, we would definitely stay here again..
The property was perfect,we wanted for nothing,fantastic location.I stopped in the property with my 3 older children and my sons girlfriend and it really was ideal,we enjoyed our stay that much that we're looking to go back next year for another week.
“A great place to be close to the beach”
The property was in a fantastic location and close to the beach. There's a pub at the head of the road but there was no disturbance from it at all. Very quite. The property had all we required and with our young daughter we also had the sun-trap garden to play in. The house was clean, comfortable and the Wifi good.The local shops are very close to so we were able to get a feel for the community. With the beach being so close we were often out with our daughter scooting along the safe paths on or above the sea front. I recommend this property to couples or families. A really good place to stay.
Great location if you are looking for walks along the beach away from the hustle and bustle. Fantastic walks with the dogs to Hengistbury Head and along the miles of beaches. The flat is very nice and within easy reach of facilities to eat and drink. We had a good break and will be returning!
“Very clean & comfortable house, perfect for young families”
A great house, clean, warm, secure, very well decorated and set down a quiet road. Beds are comfortable and all the amenities (TV/ kitchen appliances & wireless) work perfectly. Perfect for young families as it is within 200-300m from the beach (very soft fine sand with some stones and completely rubbish free) so kids can play there until the sun sets and then its an easy 5 minute walk home.

“Beautiful apartment with many extras”
We stayed in this apartment for a week at the end of July/ beginning of August 2014. The apartment was lovely with lots of extras included to ensure a comfortable stay. It is very close to lovely beaches, just across the road and down the path and shops are in walking distance. The apartment is in a beautiful area and perfect for families. The owner is very friendly and responds immediately to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!!
I stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights with my wife and 2 young children. We really enjoyed our stay. The property is extremely close to the beach, you literally come out, cross the road and walk down the zig zag path to the beach. It is also very close (5 min walk) to Seabourne Rd which has lots of shops, small supermarkets and restaurants). To get to Bournemouth Pier (where the aquarium is located), it’s about a 45 min walk along the sea front or you can drive in 8 mins or so (about £10 in a taxi). Very convenient indeed. The property is really tastefully decorated and is clean and in great condition. There are lots of nice little touches to make your stay comfortable (DVDs to watch, magazines and books to read, a gas BBQ in the garden) and the layout of the flat was good for my kids (no stairs and they could move freely and easily between rooms and into the garden). Anemities such as shower, cooker, microwave are all modern and work well. The sofa bed is also comfortable and there is plenty of bedding. The owner returned our security deposit in full and quickly which is always much appreciated. A great place to stay…I am sure we will return one day.
The accomodation catered for me, my husband and my 2 year old perfectly. Good location, right near the beach and playground for toddler. Everything we needed in the accomodation, lovely to have a garden too!!! Fully equipped. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all!
