Situated at the very tip of Sandbanks Peninsula, Golden Gates prides itself on it's position with direct access to the beach and Sandbanks Ferry offering some of the most spectacular views over Poole Harbour and Isle of Purbeck. The Golden Gates is conveniently located between Poole and Bournemouth Centres and features spacious master bedroom and two guest bedrooms. There is a superbly spacious and comfortable lounge with a dining area, a guests bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.

Golden Gates in Sandbanks is only 4.5 miles from Bournemouth and Poole town centres with their shopping, dining and entertainment venues, and a 5 minute ferry ride to Shell Bay and Studland with natural sandy beaches.

Modern decor with earth tones and finished woods create a cozy atmosphere in this spacious apartment with two double rooms with king size beds and a twin bedroom. It also offers high-speed Internet access, complimentary toiletries for use in the natural stone tiled bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. A balcony runs full length of the front of the apartment with a large table and chairs. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst taking in the spectacular scenic views of the Harbour and Sandbanks Ferry!

One of two apartments within the block, if you have two family groups that need accommodation to sleep up to 12 persons, please also look at property F12AGGS (first floor apartment) and add to your booking form if required.

This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. This accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only. We do not accept Hen/Stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.

Optional extras available include - midweek linen change, extra towels, key postage and a personal check in service.

This property has a Standard Starter Pack which includes: washing up liquid, J-cloth, general surface cleaner, bleach, toilet roll, kitchen roll, black and white bin liners, tea bags, coffee sticks, sugar sticks and milk (UHT).

Our Shopping Service is charged at £30.00 inclusive of VAT or 25% + VAT of all bills over the value of £100.00 - we can take your list to your preferred supermarket, purchase everything on your behalf and deliver it your holiday apartment, so it will be packed away and ready for your arrival. We also offer deluxe hampers if you're looking to celebrate a special occasion or treat someone you love - please enquire for more details.

Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £300.00 is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

The location is fantastic and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need for a great holiday. The apartment has two double bedrooms, both with king size beds and one twin bedroom. The lounge/diner offers ample seating for relaxing and dining and great sea views!

The Dorset region

Dorset is a very popular holiday destination all year round. It offers beautiful rolling countryside and the Purbecks. Bournemouth with its award winning beaches and The New Forest nearby. Southampton, Salisbury and Stonehenge are all within reasonable travelling distance. Bournemouth has excellent facilities for the tourists and the town and has a lovely calm multi-racial community.

About 30 minutes drive is Monkey World, and very close by both Poole and Bournemouth offer a huge selection of attractions and places of interest to visit. Water sports are popular in the area and the beaches of Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth are just beautiful.

You can choose each day to relax and soak up the sun and perhaps some swimming in the lovely clean sea or go sightseeing.


Bournemouth is a tourist and regional centre for leisure, entertainment, culture and recreation. The award winning Central Gardens are a separate major public park, leading for several miles down the valley of the River Bourne through the centre of the town to the sea (reaching the sea at Bournemouth Pier) and include the Pleasure Gardens and the area surrounding the Pavilion. Also contained within this coast are a number of outstanding fossil localities and stunning features such as Chesil beach and impressive cliffs at Barton On Sea. Bournemouth is a cosmopolitan town and has 5 ½ miles of seafront and cliffs which are maintained to a high standard.
