“Fantastic”

This was our 2nd year staying here. It’s ideal in a perfect location, lovely touches such as treats left for the children as well as the adults. I love the fact that beach towels are provided. We are booking again, Pete and Barbara are very helpful, even directing us off the motorway to get there without sitting in traffic. Both times we’ve stayed we’ve been able to get in early which was fantastic. Great apartment

Ideally situated close to Southbourne and beaches and local shops. Beautifully clean with all mod cons plus helpful extras in the kitchen, tea, coffee, milk etc. The owner was very helpful in sorting out any queries we had. We would definitely hope to book again soon as we have family close by and this is a very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Blue Waters is fully fitted with everything you could conceivably need for a perfect holiday. The apartment is ideally situated for an easy walk to the promenade and beach at Southbourne. The nearby Hengistbury Head is a favourite walk, stunning. A short drive to Christchurch and Bournemouth gives a wide range of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Thanks to the high maintenance standards by the owners the stay at Blue Waters is first class. An exceptional property.

First time travelling and staying in this part of the UK. The apartment was first class. Attention to detail very much appreciated. The apartment is very spacious. The extra personal touches were a great bonus. Pete advised us on our journey that apartment was ready early which we appreciated as we were arriving earlier than expected. We visited the Bealieu Motor museum during our stay. I would highly recommend this museum. I am not a car enthusiast but this was truly well worth a visit. If we travel to this area again I will definitely be contacting Pete for availability.

We have stayed at a few places in Southbourne as we love the area but this apartment was far and away the best one we have stayed in. From the inital enquiry to leaving the property we were well looked after. The apartment itself was very clean, everything provided for, even free WIFI for the kids. the rooms are spaceous, well furnished with plenty space for clothes etc. I would recommend this apartment for anyone with children, its location is close to the sea front with fantastic beaches, and ideal for exploring the New Forest or Bournemouth and beyond the other way. Overall a great apartment in a great location.

The South Coast's best kept secret. Outstanding value for money. Please note, this apartment is actually larger than it looks in the photographs - a pleasant surprise. We spent many an evening relaxing on the terrace and we felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. The kids loved it as there was lots to do in the apartment itself (including Freeview on the TV!) and the lovely, sandy beach was just a short walk away. The owner was friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Although Southbourne itself was fairly quiet, Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the New Forest are all within easy reach. Returned home extremely relaxed. Thoroughly recommended A+++++++

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pete (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
