Now offering 10% discount on Nov/Dec breaks (up to 18/12)!! Welcome to our holiday home in Boscombe Manor which is situated in a luxury block of 6 apartments just 5 minutes walk from the sea front. It is a newly redecorated and carpeted ground floor apartment and is very spacious being able to sleep up to 8, plus a baby when using our travel cot. It is situated in a quiet tree-lined residential road in the sought after Boscombe Manor area. We offer free Wifi to our guests.
The accommodation comprises a large master bedroom with en-suite shower and wc, two further bedrooms, (one double and one with bunk beds) and a large family bathroom with wc, basin, bath/shower.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a spacious living room with seating for 6. One of the sofas converts into a double metal-action sofa bed.
The apartment has a small (communal) garden to the front of the property and private off-street parking for two cars. The parking spaces are directly in front of the property. Central heating, hot water, gas, electricity and Wifi are included within the price.
The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful sea views of Boscombe, Southbourne and Bournemouth. In the opposite direction, bars, restaurants, shops, buses and local amenities can also be found within a 5 minute walk.
Bournemouth town centre can be reached within 5 minutes by car/taxi ride, it is also on a well served bus route. You can also walk there along the sea front in about 40 mins.

The spacious living room is well equipped with new 42" Plasma TV with Freeview, DVD player, and IPOD docking station.
Bedroom 1 is a very large double bedroom comprising of a double bed and has it's own en-suite with shower, wc and basin. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage. There is also a travelcot for a baby or infant to use.
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom comprising of a double bed, with combined wardrobe and drawer storage.
Bedroom 3 is a single bedroom (suitable for children) with bunk beds and chest of drawers.
The kitchen is equipped with 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer dryer.
The family bathroom is spacious with a bath and shower combined, wc and basin,
The flat is in a small newly built block of six, in a very quiet tree lined road conveniently located for local shops, restaurants and amenities. The decor has fairly neutral walls and carpets, but we have added splashes of bright seaside colour and beach themed artwork.
The apartment has a main front door to the building, and an entry phone system to the apartment.
Please bring your own towels and linen, only duvets and pillows are provided.
We apologize but in order to maintain the quality of the apartment we do not accept pets or smokers, nor do we take bookings from stag/hen party groups. The person booking must be a minimum age of 25 years old.

The flat has two off-road car parking spaces directly to the front of the property, and there is a small communal garden to the front which can be used for seating out, as well as a washing line for your convenience.
In order to secure your booking we will require a 25% deposit paid in advance. Once your deposit is paid a Booking Contract will be emailed to you and this must be completed and returned as soon as possible in order to confirm your booking.
The remaining 75% of the cost of your booking will be required IN FULL 4 weeks before your stay. At this time we will also ask for a refundable security deposit of £250. (The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay providing there is no damage/breakages or excessive cleaning charges over and above the norm).
If the remaining balance of 75% is not paid by the time specified, this may result in your booking being cancelled and your 25% being withheld.
We prefer all payments to be made electronically via internet banking.
If you choose to cancel your booking, your deposit may be returned only if the booking can be refilled.
Lost keys will be charged at £20.00.
We ask you to leave the property in the same pristine condition as when you arrived, please consider our next guests as well as those others living in the apartment block.
The Dorset region
Dorset is a beautiful place to visit on holiday with miles and miles of sandy beaches and interesting places to visit.
Most famous for its Jurassic Coast, the Isle of Portland, Chesil Beach and Durdle Door, as well as the holiday resorts of Bournemouth, Poole, Weymouth, Swanage, and Lyme Regis.
Dorset is the principal setting of the novels of Thomas Hardy, who was born near Dorchester. The county has a long history of human settlement and some notable archaeology, including the hill forts of Maiden Castle and Hod Hill.
It's coastline extends some 140 kilometres from Lyme Regis in the west to Christchurch in the east, and offers a selection of the finest sandy beaches in the British Isles.
Dorset features some excellent museums, with world leading centres at Bovington (Tank Museum), and the Russell Cotes Museum and Art Gallery in Bournemouth.
Boscombe is just along the coast from Bournemouth town centre approximately 5 minutes by car.
The apartment is in a great location in which to enjoy the beautiful Dorset coastline and countryside.
Visit the stunning award winning 'Blue Flag' beaches in Bournemouth and Poole (including the world renowned Sandbanks). Take the chain ferry across to Studland and visit Swanage, Corfe Castle and Weymouth.
Mudeford, an idylic unspolit beach can be reached within 20 minutes, and whilst there visit the historic Christchurch.
There are plenty of places to cycle to. It is possible to cycle the entire length of the promenade from Boscombe to Sandbanks, whilst taking in the beautiful coastline and beaches. Bikes can be ridden along the promenade at all times except between 10-6pm July and August.
On a rainy day there are plenty of places to visit from the fantastic shops at Castlepoint (M&S, River Island, TK Max, Asda and Sainsburys), 5 minutes drive away. Towerpark in Poole (25 mins away) has a great selection of restaurants, Bowling, Cinema, Splashdown Water Park and more! Whilst closer to home there is Littledown Leisure Centre with flumes and spa facilities, as well as great shopping, eating, cinemas and theatres in Bournemouth.
Close to the apartment by the pier is the 'Boscombe Spa Village' which has undergone an extensive regeneration program over the past few years, and is now the home of Europe's first Artificial Surf Reef, putting Bournemouth firmly on the UK surf map and creating a trendy and exclusive resort. The Reef has also enhanced the water sports on offer along the coast including kite-surfing, windsurfing, wake-boarding, kayaking, SCUBA-diving, sailing and skim-boarding.
Turn right west along the coast and 'The Spa Village' is within a 15 minute walk of the property. As well as the surf school, there you will find surf shops, cafes and wine bars as well as two restaurants, including the award winning 'Urban Reef'. Turn left and within a 5-10 minute walk you reach Southbourne's Café Riva on the cliff top, perfect for sunset drinks.
Boscombe itself has some lovely trendy coffee bars (Little Pickle Deli at the end of the road) as well as some great independent restaurants, such as Marco Polo Italian and Chook Dee Thai, both within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.
Bournemouth's 7 miles of award-winning 'Blue flag' beaches stretch from Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve and Mudeford, at the mouth of Christchurch Harbour, all the way across to the World renowned and extremely exclusive Sandbanks Peninsular at the mouth of Poole Harbour - the world's second largest Natural Harbour. Take a scenic boat trip from Bournemouth Pier around the coast and harbour, finishing at the pretty historic Poole Quay, with it's quant pubs, restaurants and shops.
Boscombe is home to AFC Bournemouth who play at Dean Court. It also has a thriving street market in the High Street (Christchurch Road pedestrianized zone) on Thursdays and Saturdays.

"Quality, space and comfort in a convenient location"
We booked this apartment for a specific reason. Our daughter was getting married and we needed a place to stay and a place for her to relax before the big day and somewhere for us all to get ready in style and comfort. It fitted the bill to a tee - having said that, the apartment would suit other holiday needs equally well. The master en suite bedroom was spacious and airy and being a ground floor apartment facing the front it was in our opinion the best apartment in the whole building as it was both convenient and caught the sun. It was well-serviced and well equipped. There is adequate parking for two cars and it is situated in a relatively quiet street but close enough to be able to walk to the shops for daily groceries.

"Home away from home"
Excellent location - Beach one end of the street, town the other (5 minutes walk to Sainsbury's on the hight street). The property is located in a quiet suburban street consisting of large properties. Everything you needed was in the apartment (apart from bed linen, towels and food). Very clean and well maintained inside with tasteful decor. We had a great week's stay and made much use of the A-Z found in the apartment as following back roads halved our trips out. Would definately recommend.
