This beautifully presented two bedroom apartment offers convenience and comfort. Located in a very popular area of Westcliff with close proximity to sandy, Blue Flag beaches and Bournemouth Town Centre. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults offering a master double bedroom complete with en suite, a twin bedroom (with bunk beds and a single bed) and a double sofa bed in the lounge (suitable for 1 person only). Along with a family bathroom with bath/shower combined the apartment offers a modern open plan kitchen and lounge which hosts a dining area that seats 6. Please note there are a few steps from the lounge area down to the bedrooms and bathroom. Please note the property does not have a lift, so upper floor apartments may be unsuitable for guests who have difficulty with stairs. x1 cot and x1 highchair complimentary and stored at the property, additional available at a surcharge. Complimentary starter pack (list of items provided with booking confirmation).

Please note: There are facilities to sleep up to 6 persons however it is a two bedroom flat and therefore some facilities may not be available for 6 persons (e.g. seating in the lounge for 5).

Security Deposit Refundable deposit for the amount of £250.00 is taken with your balance payment; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TRANSACTION in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are refunded within 5 days after your departure. It will take 5-7 working days to clear back into your account (time dependable on your bank)

“Apartment close to the beach”

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was a very short walk to the beach, perfect as we had our 20 month old son and all his things to carry! The weather was gorgeous so we went to the beach everyday. We went back for a dip in the swimming pool afterwards which was superb as the pool was heated! The Apartment had everything we needed and you can tell it has been well looked after. The only issue was the parking. You are allowed one space per apartment but we were two families so had to drive two cars. There is plenty of off road parking but would of preferred to park on the drive. Would recommend staying here and we would definitely go back

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
