Columbia House is a charming property ideal for families looking to spend fun-filled days exploring all the local area has to offer, creating unforgettable memories. . Ground Floor:

Kitchen/dining room: With gas range, microwave, fridge/freezer, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and TV.

Bedroom 1: With twin beds.

First Floor:

Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).

Bedroom 3: With twin beds.

Bedroom 4: With twin beds.

Bathroom: With bath, shower attachement and toilet.

Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed, lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. . This modern detached house stands in a residential road about 3 miles from Bournemouth with its expansive sandy beach, a pier and a wide range of bars, shops, eateries, seaside entertainment, water sports and leisure activities.

There is so much to do in this ever popular area, such as the Oceanarium, Bournemouth Eye, Compton Acre Gardens and shopping centre, various eateries, theatres, bars and clubs. There are bands playing outside in the warmer months and there is always a wonderful holiday atmosphere.

Columbia House has a well-equipped open plan living/dining room with patio doors leading to the garden, alongside a living area and four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and three on the first floor. There is a family bathroom and separate shower room.

This well presented home makes an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Places to visit include the Overcliff Local Nature Reserve, which forms part of Bournemouth’s sea cliffs, formed 50 million years ago under tropical sea. These cliffs have much geological interest and are a designated site of Scientific Nature Conservation Interest. The beach below offers a wide expanse of sand and lovely clear sea, whilst also being great for keen walkers.

The New Forest is within easy driving distance, famous for its roaming ponies and cattle. Here you will find Beaulieu Motor Museum and the sailing town of Lymington with ferries to the Isle of Wight. Other places for the family include Paultons Park with Peppa Pig World, Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park, Adventure Wonderland, Mudeford Quay, and Corfe Castle, to name but a few. Nearby Boscombe Chine Gardens is home to an abundance of fauna and flora, as well as a wildlife and water themed play area, crazy golf and café.

Further afield, explore the unspoilt countryside of Dorset’s World Heritage Jurassic Coast with its super scenery and coastal walking. Spend a day at Lyme Regis with its harbour, fossil hunting, boating and fishing. There are many historical houses within easy driving distance, including Forde Abbey and Kingston Lacey. Days out with the children could include Monkey World, Stonehenge, the Tank Museum at Bovington or The Fleet Air Army Museum at Yeovilton. Beach 3 miles. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
