"Landes" House is currently under going a full refurbishment and will be a grand property on the areas premier tree lined avenue in Bournemouth just minutes away from the beach of Southbourne. Coming to the market only for the months of June, July, August & Sept from 2019 on-wards.

Minimum 3 night booking except July & August which is 7 nights.

The Property benefits from a perfect location as everything is walking or bike ride distance should you wish to keep the car in place. Instantly within 3 minutes walk you have access & free use to private tennis courts (6). Slightly further 10mins-15mins you have various options from large open park of Littledown with outdoor kids pool / play park then onto to the local gold course & driving range next to the 24hr Tesco & hotel offering full range of spa facilities.

To reach the stunning fabulous sandy beaches & sea views over Dorset s finest beaches situated on Southbourne s cliff top & Boscombe Spa can take you 20mins+ walk or 5 mins in the car. Also a must is a visit to Kimmeridge Bay about 45-60min drive away. The House benefits from a number of body boards & surfboards & a paddle board "SUP" to use during your stay for free.

Locally Southbourne Grove has a wealth of restaurants & bars & cafes producing a good quality of social & family entertainment 7 days a week. Ranging from European, Spanish Tapas, Gastro options as well as some hidden gems of Italian & of course good old fresh quality Fish & Chips. We have listed in the house the best of the best locally so you only need to make that reservation.

The house is open space & contemporary living at its best, with wonderful living spaces and designer furnishings throughout plus cosy carpet through the whole 1st floor.

The 4 bedrooms are all very large double bed rooms & the room situated at the rear of the property over looks a large patio and private garden area with a 6-8 person hot tub for those fun evenings during the stay.

There are 3 large bathrooms including 1 being a large en-suite fully fitted with "Mira" showers with ceiling to floor high quality tiling. The property also benefits from a new 300ltr water accumulator & Wocester Bosch Highflow 550cdi boiler (April 2018) so constant high pressure hot water throughout the property & bathrooms 24/7.

In regards to the layout there is 3 double rooms upstairs & 3 bathrooms, down stairs 1 large double & down stairs WC.

1 of the doubles upstairs has it own en-suite & 1 of the doubles can sleep mixture of 2-3 adults or up to 4 children.

The whole down stairs flooring is laid to Honey Oak Amtico so the property is always nice and airy whilst staying warm, should you wish to add some visual warm there is the log burner or the outside tripod log burner, excellent way to spend the evening at dusk whilst enjoying the private garden, BBQ & hot tub.

The German Rotpunkt kitchen is clean & modern with high quality 2 x fan ovens, gas hod & a electric teppanyaki hot plate. The kitchen, dining room & sitting room all blend into each other in a grand L shape (60Sqm) layout with 4.5m patio doors onto the garden.

At the front of the house we have off road parking for 5-6 cars so we can nicely accommodate larger families & visiting guests.

We also have a nice cabin at the rear of the property which is ideal if you if you wish to have a later night without disturbing others in the house.

Also in the garden we have trampoline & kids swing plus a football goal on a the wall.

Dorset is renowned as the UK s top holiday destination so we welcome you, your family & friends to spend your well deserved break in our wonderful property.
