Along the two sides are flanked by his prestigious buildings, once the residence of the noble bourgeoisie with different shapes and styles, some of them dating from five to six hundred, others to the seventeenth century, as the palace Don Carlo is located across the square Constitution . Back in 1800 was the restoration of most of the houses of the course by the nascent bourgeois-noble class that enlarged their living spaces purchasing several stable neighbors and turning them into a single building after level.

Location description from owner

The Sardinia region

Bosa

The house follows the typical typology of the area, with a small footprint and developed in height. Built in local stones, its thick walls guarantee a very good thermal insulation, allowing a cool temperature in the summer while retaining the heat inside during the mild winter. Its vertical extension makes it work as a "chimney": in summer, cool air is taken in at ground floor level, from the shadow of street, and warmer air is outlet from the windows on top floor. This process of natural ventilation keeps a comfortable environment, a pleasant temperature and a dry climate. Simple, sustainable features were conceived in the ancient times, and still work perfectly!
