Marina di Pisticci (MT). Refined apartment located in a residence consisting of a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds and possibly the possibility of an additional bed (for a fee), a large living room kitchen, an outdoor patio with a garden view equipped with a small living room and a dining table. The apartment is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, 32 inch TV, Bluetooth speaker, free wifi, free use of bicycles, supply of towels and sheets). From June 15th to August 30th there is entertainment and swimming pool. playground for children inside the residence. Possibility to practice sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing at a sailing club with courses for adults and children. The residence laps the pine forest that separates it from the huge beaches of fine sand and sea with clear and shallow waters (GREEN FLAG 2018 ie beaches approved by Italian pediatricians because they are ideal for children and families), about 400 meters from the village, however easily accessible also on foot through the scents of the pine forest, by bike (freely available to guests) or in shuttles made available free by the beaches. The village is monitored 24 hours a day, with the supervision of qualified personnel with video surveillance. In the village are included: swimming pool equipped with showers, sunbeds. umbrellas, music and lifeguard, entertainment for adults and children day and night, shows, soccer field, playground, bar and private parking space. ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Nearby: shopping center, bar, grill, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Irene (the owner) a message.

If Irene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
