BORDEAUX CENTER, Golden Triangle Place des Grands Hommes "Great Men" 80 M² Restored to nine, this apartment located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful stone building renovated the Place des Grands Hommes in the center of Bordeaux classified Heritage Unesco World Heritage Site, in the heart of the Golden Triangle, enjoys exceptional luminosity through these six French windows with south-facing balconies, one of which has a table and two chairs for lunch or coffee on the west side. Contemporary decor. Loft style with a large air-conditioned open space, living room, lounge with large flat screen TV, fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine). Nice entry with cupboard and clearing serving 2 independent rooms understanding: one 1 bed in 140 cm and the other 2 beds in 90 cm. Shower room with walk-in shower (Porcelenosa) and washing machine and dryer area. Separate WC (Porcelanosa) with washbasin. Wifi internet connection. Parking option "Great Men" at the bottom of the apartment price 70 € per week. Pets are not accepted

“Great Stay in Bordeaux”

Great location in Bordeaux to enjoy what there is to offer in this beautiful town. It was our first trip to Bordeaux and we can thoroughly recommend staying in this apartment. The apartment is very modern, was well appointed and very comfortable and clean. Shops and a supermarket were just across the road which was a great convenience should you wish to self cater. If your traveling to Bordeaux I’d recommend staying here. Stéphane is s lovely host and nothing was too much trouble.

How do damage deposits work?
