Welcome to Baan Tiwa, a brand new villa built in a modern Thai style with a large private pool, fully enclosed garden, your own car parking space and walking distance to Bophuts Fishermans's Village

.

This luxury villa has been designed with relaxation in mind. The rooms are spacious, all main rooms are fully air-conditioned and have floor to ceiling sliding doors leading out to the extensive garden, pool, sun bathing terrace and the magnificent Sala.

The villa itself is built in a u shape with the bright, bold, fully equipped kitchen at the center of the villa and the dining room that seats six leading off from one side of the kitchen and the indoor living room off of the other.

The living room is simply and elegantly furnished with a large chill out sofa in front of the smart tv which is internet enabled by a high speed, fiber optic cable which provides internet access both inside and outside of the villa.

There is a modern teak work station at one end of the living room for those guest who need to keep in touch with the office and a stereo for your use. International TV channels are provided via the internet and an HDMI cable provided should you wish to connect via your own devices.

There are four bedrooms in total. Two double bedrooms at each end of the villa, each leading into a luxurious bathroom.

The bedrooms are furnished with luxury bedding, black out curtains, fitted wardrobes and a safe in the master bedroom making them a place of tranquility.

The villa layout works well for two families holidaying together, couples or a family with teenagers who need a bit of space.

Outside the show stopper is the huge covered Sala that doubles the living area of the villa. It houses a second dining table made from a beautiful single piece of teak that seats six as well as an outdoor living area perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in the shade.

The sala overlooks a feature pond, the gardens and the large, chemical free pool and sunbathing terrace beyond.

Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for your comfort.

The garden is fully enclosed for your privacy and there is a private car parking space for the villa as well as additional parking in the driveway.

All bedding, pool, bath and hand towels are provided. Additional to this is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cleaning/bed changing is provided twice weekly. Baby sitting, massage and personal chefs can be arranged by prior agreement if available.

Why can't I call Pop (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pop (the owner) a message.

If Pop (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
