Koh Samui is looking like a very safe place to be right now, where you can relax & really enjoy being on holiday. We need you back. The Island needs you back. Please come, everyone would be so happy to see you : ))

Imagine walking up to the lapping waves of the Gulf, crisp white sands and turquoise water views over to Koh Phangan, and then breakfast next to your own pool in luxurious, tropical surroundings.

Villa Charmant has been beautifully furnished to satisfy the most demanding traveller and is centrally located with shops, bars & restaurants only a few minutes away.

The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/dining, living room and a large double bedroom which all open up to an alfresco dining area next to the tropical garden & swimming pool.

Three double bedrooms designed for relaxation, two with en-suite make this a perfect home for up to six people. Each room has flat screened TVs & DVD/CD player's whiles the downstairs living area hosts a 50 inch flat screen smart TV. All rooms have air-conditioning with free high speed internet access provided throughout the villa.

Adjacent to the downstairs bedroom is a bathroom that exudes character with an indoor/out door shower area.

The spacious romantic master bedroom on the first floor has been delightfully decorated and furnished with French doors that open up to superb panoramic views of the gulf, tropical islands and white sandy beaches. The lovely open plan en-suit complete with Jacuzzi bath make it the perfect room to relax in peaceful serenity.

Please note that Dreamers, the beach club close by has now closed and will not re-open as a beach club.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ann (the owner) a message.

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
