located minutes from Boone. All Bedrooms have Heated Full size bed, Second Bedroom has two twin size Beds, Full Bathroom and Large open Living Area with Couch & Love Seat, and a queen size futon.

Getting around

Boone is located 2 hours from any major airport, you will need transportation once you arrive. Remember we are in the mountains and winter can be very very cold with ice or snow. We do require a 4 WD vehicle in the winter when there is precipitation forecasted.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
