Alumni/Retirees/Boomers/Veterans (no kids or pets, please)...You will have HAPPY here~

Just beyond Boone city limits~Elevation 3800 feet~Safe & eclectic mountain (meaning "steep") neighborhood~

Close to town but away from the crowds and traffic~Just 5 minutes (or less) to downtown Boone's King Street~2 miles to APP State, Kidd Brewer Stadium & Holmes Center~

Pristine, funky & fun modular bungalow~Master suite w/ En suite bath~Full bedroom & Twin bedroom share Hall bath~

Beds so comfortable you will actually sleep on them~Sleek kitchen & laundry~Keurig brewing system~

Fast WiFi~HDTV cable~Blu-Ray/internet TV~Awesome sound system~

If you had Boone vacations as a child or attended ASU, you will get a special kick out of our decor~

In winter, 4WD/AWD vehicle and kahunas to drive on snow and ice are highly recommended~

There is a bus stop for AppalCart public transit system at the foot of our hill which can shuttle you all about town~

No smoking allowed anywhere inside or on the property.* Sorry we cannot allow pets*

Renters must be at least 25 years old~Not suitable for children or handicapped~

NOTE: Boone has chronic water shortage! Please conserve water at every opportunity!

Enjoy downtown Boone and shop, dine, party knowing you're minutes from home~

Appalachian Summer Festival is one of the "Top Twenty Events in the Southeast" ~MERLEFEST: Downhill just 34 short miles (Wilkes County)~

Your inner Clark Griswold may lie in Choose-&-Cut Christmas tree season~

Parent (or grandparent) of an App student? You will appreciate the proximity to campus~

Hike, bike, kayak, tube and still sleep in a great bed at night~If you want snow sports, you can have the amenities of town apres ski~

Again, consider LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: Solitude & scenery can be great. But traveling to and from an otherwise wonderful vacation rental that is stuck in the middle of nowhere on a curvy\ slick\foggy\narrow mountain road can get old (and dangerous) quickly.

If you are planning to do anything other than just staying put, you will probably be headed to Boone (or wishing you could. Just sayin'...

This is a really COOL mini-villa~You'll enjoy lot's of amenities NOT pictured~
