The dining table, with room for 6, overlooks the mountain views, with the well-lit kitchen beside it. There is a half bath near the stairs, and a laundry room near the kitchen.

The main bedroom with en suite luxury bath is just down the hall. The bedroom has a Queen bed, and the private bathroom has a large Jacuzzi jetted bathtub along with a double vanity and a tiled shower.

Upstairs is a loft with cozy couches arranged around a TV. One couch is a queen sleeper. Down the hall is a full bath with a tub/shower, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has a full bed with a twin-over-full bunk set.

The main level deck has an arrangement of Adirondack chairs to soak in the long range mountain views, as well as a gas grill. The lower level has a garage with a ping pong table.

Enjoy plenty of space and comfort in this beautiful home which is located in Boone less than 10 minutes to dining and shopping and ASU, and only 20 minutes away from Main Street Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, the Blue Ridge Parkway, outlet shops. A short drive away are Ski Beech, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Hawknest Ski and Golf Resort, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and every other High Country attraction.

After a long day of exploring all the High Country has to offer, you're sure to love coming home to Appalachian Adventure!

The Story Behind the Name:

We had been coming up to the Boone area for over ten years and had so many great adventures from fishing, hiking, skiing, rafting and ziplining.  When we finally decided to purchase our own cabin in 2012, the name Appalachian Adventures seemed perfect.  Our home away from home is the perfect place to have a great adventure or simply relax on the back porch (our favorite way to pass time).  We hope you enjoy our cabin as much as we do.
