Enjoy the Florida sunshine when you vacation in our beautiful, pristine, non-smoking, vacation rental on Bonita Beach in Southwest Florida between Naples and Fort Myers Beach. The beach is just 100 steps away and beautiful views of both the bay and beach are visible from the unit. Boating, kayaking, and canoeing are easily accessible. Many restaurants are close by and the shopping is great. Walking the beach at sunset is the most popular activity for our guests!!!

Our unit in Bonita Beach is right across from the Gulf and offers many outstanding amenities including high speed internet access- no need to go to the lobby of building #3 to obtain access. You will enjoy our freshly painted, bright and inviting studio unit. Since our full-time residence is only a half mile from this beach condo, we can easily maintain our unit to ensure that it has all the conveniences possible and stays in excellent condition. It has tile floors throughout, a full kitchen with Corian countertops, new leather sofa and loveseat, and a comfortable king sized bed. Note that the king size bed is the only bed in the condo. There is a porch where you can watch the sun setting over the Gulf to your right and see the mangroves and bay to the left.

Beach and Tennis Club, where our condo is located on the sixth floor of building five, provides two heated pools and free tennis on immaculately maintained clay courts. Each building is designed around a beautiful atrium. Each unit opens to the center and there are two elevators per building. One of the best features is that you have full access to the beach at no cost to you. It is located in an area surrounded by private residences and protected preserves. The condo association also plans many activities for residents and guests and you are welcomed to participate. Notice of activities such as bocci ball and pot luck get-togethers are posted in the elevator.
