Living room with sofa, loveseat, 2 chairs and smart TV. Pelican Landing amenities include: A watercraft shuttle which provides transportation to and from beach park from Coconut Point seven days a week. Located on 34 acres at the northern tip of Big Hickory Island. Canoe park-residents can launch canoes provided by the community into Spring Creek. Athletic Center-state of the art fitness located at community association. Tennis center includes a pro shop and 12 total har-tru courts (7 lighted).
