Description

Superb fully furnished attic with a separate entrance, air conditioner, terrace with deck chairs, umbrellas and barbecue overlooking the park below. The attic has a comfortable and brand new double bed and a double sofa bed; It can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, and wanting even four adults. E 'it equipped with a full kitchen stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, double sink, brand new. The area and the condo are particularly quiet, convenient to major roads. We serve a full breakfast often with homemade products. Our B & B is also served day and night by the following bus lines: 19, 90, 94, 101, 106, 916 and 918. --- Beautiful attic with independent entrance, fully furnished, air conditioning, terrace with bbq, deckchairs and umbrella, nice view of the park. A fully functioning kitchen, with hob, oven, dishwasher, double basin lets you prepare your own meals if you want to stay at home. One double bed, brand new and one sofa bed. We can host up to 4 people, better if two adults and two children, for your best comfort. The area is very quiet and silent, close to main roads, bus stop and local railway station. Rich breakfast with homemade typical products.

We live under the attic, and are generally available before and after working hours. We will be pleased to provide any type of information to our guests. For tourists we can arrange a small evening tour through the streets of the city of Bologna with a stop in the oldest tavern in the city. - We live in the apartment below the attic, and we are normally available before and after work time. We'll be happy to give any information you need to our kind guests. For the tourists we can organize an evening small tour of Bologna city center, with a stop in the most ancient tavern of the city.

How do damage deposits work?
