Located in via Zamboni 18 the apartment is inside Palazzo Pannolini, built in the sixteenth century by a noble family of cloth merchants, 50 meters close to the Two Towers (le Due Torri) City Symbol and very close to the Teatro Comunale, one of the most important opera venues in Italy.
The main entrance is in Piazza Rossini, home of the Conservatory where the famous composer Gioacchino Rossini studied, and home of the Basilica San Giacomo Maggiore, built between 1267 and 1315 by the Friars Hermits of St. Augustine, one of the most significant creations of the early Renaissance in Italy.
A second entrance is in Via Valdonica in the same courtyard home of the Jewish Museum in Bologna, in the ancient “jewish Ghetto” built in the sixteenth century by Pope Paul IV in order to isolate the homes of Jewish citizens from those of Christian citizens.
