Description

This newly built modern beach/sea view Villa has been finished to the highest of standard throughout and offers large living space and lots of private outdoor areas. PLUS A PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL.

The villa is located on a corner plot approx 5 min walk to the beach, offering beautiful sea views to the front and mountain views to the back. The location of the villa is perfect with just a few minutes walk to the beach front bars and restaurants. Yet is located in a private and peaceful setting with everything you could need in the villa.

INTERNAL

-Lounge

Is tiled throughout and the decor is immaculately styled with a grey and white theme, offering a bright and modern feel.

The sofa is a very large corner unit comfortably seating at least 6 people, glass coffee table and rug. The TV is a 42" HD on a grey modern TV unit, with further media outlets of DVD, Apple TV, wifi router and further HDMI ports if people wanted to bring a game station. The lounge has two sets of sliding patio doors onto either the patio and pool or to the garden. Both have pull down shutters for privacy and security, along with internal curtains making the place feel like home from home. There is a video intercom also.

-Dining (internal)

There dining area offers a large glass dining table with 6 x grey leather chairs, decoration and a large mirror over the table.

-Kitchen

The kitchen is open plan with white gloss units offering lots of space. The facilities include: Tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan. Also dining set for 6 people and dining sets for external use via the pool as well. There are numerous pots, pans, cooking items, place mats etc..... The rear door opens onto the private double car for area. Note the washer is located outside and per typical Spanish way of life.

-Bed1

Is fitted with a King size bed, large headboard, 2 x bedside tables, large chest of drawers, full length mirror and large wardrobe and hangers. Window is fitted with curtains and shutters. Beds will be made up with flat sheets due to the temperature

-Ensuite

Fully tiled throughout with sink, toilet, large walk in shower, heated towel rail and large mirror with internal lights which is anti steam also. There is also a window.

-Bed 2

Is fitted with a Double bed, large headboard, 2 x bedside tables and large wardrobe and hangers. Window is fitted with curtains and shutters. Beds will be made up with flat sheets due to the temperature.

-Bed 3

Is fitted with a 2 x single beds, large headboard, 3x bedside tables and large wardrobe and hangers. Window is fitted with curtains and shutters. There is also a fold out bed located in the wardrobe which can be put up between the beds offering sleeping for 7. Beds will be made up with flat sheets due to the temperature

-Bathroom

Fully tiled throughout with sink, toilet, shower, heated towel rail and large mirror with internal lights which is anti steam also. There is also a window.

EXTERNAL

-Swimming Pool area

The swimming pool is 9M x 4.5M and offers walk in steps and goes to a depth of 1.8M. The pool has a set of steps at each end for access and is cleaned by a private company every Wednesday. The pool area is fully surrounded by tiled areas which are anti-slip for safe guarding. There is a pool cover also.

-Patio Area

From the patio doors from the lounge, takes you straight onto the large patio area with a bar area and rattan dining set for 6 people, overlooking the pool. Note this area is fully shaded from 11am and offers a great respite from the sun.

-Sunbathing and Garden

The external garden is a mixture of tiled areas and artificial grassed areas. there are sun loungers on the tiled area next to the pool and a large sofa set (super comfy) on the artificial grass area for relaxing. There is a further artificial grassed area which can be used for children to play. There is a stunning sea view from all areas of the garden and pool area.

-Access and Car Parking

The villa is accessed via a secure pedestrian entrance (via key or intercom) or via the sliding gate for the car port area. The car port area has enough room for two cars comfortably and is on non slip tiled area under a Pergola.

-Roof terrace

This area offers panoramic views of the mountains and the sea and is a great place to retire to in an evening. The area is extremely large and is tiled throughout. There is a large seating area under the pergola covered area, which seats unto 12 people and is perfect for evening dining or a BBQ. There is a very large stone BBQ area also for your use.

Note this is a self catering villa and all of the amenities, appliances and kitchen items will be available for you to use. We do recommend ordering a welcome pack for your arrival

“Fantastic Trip”

Amazing villa, modern, has everything you need. Near to beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Warm weather and villa is sun trap with loungers. Loved every minute of it. Pool is brilliant size.

“Lovely villa”

We just returned from 10 days at the villa. It is very lovely, well equipped, modern, clean with everything you need and a lovely pool. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the town was not quite as we were expecting, it is very authentically Spanish but a little run down in areas and the restaurants were average in Bolneuvo, a little nicer in Puerto Mazarron and there is a little train that connects the 2 towns. The beach is huge and we had fun on the inflatables. We did very much enjoy our stay, which was mostly spent lazing around in the villa.

Owner's reply: Thanks for the review and we are pleased you had a great holiday. I’m not really sure what you mean by Run down as Bolnuevo is one of the most affluent villages in Murcia and is authentic Spanish. Run down it is certainly not.

“Luxury Peaceful Modern Villa”

This beautiful modern villa was a great find and provided us with the relaxing holiday that we were looking for. The villa is ideally located with spectacular mountain views as well as sea views which we did not tire of looking at. The villa is well equipped with everything that you will need and provides a safe haven for relaxing and an ideal base for exploring on foot or by car. The owner was particularly accommodating and was very quick to respond during the booking process which took the stress out of our very last minute booking. We were given a very warm welcome when we arrived and shown all of the amenities within the villa. This instantly made us feel at home. Cafe Colonia was a great recommendation. We were regulars for breakfast and I would highly recommend their pastries and fresh bread! All in all, a great villa in a great location making you feel home from home!
