Quiet and peaceful, the townhouse has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The townhouse benefits from its own shared pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children and also a children´s pool for the little ones. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with a barbecue and with stunning garden and pool views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. Spacious lounge dining room 34m2,with 1 ample sofa, 1 ample sofa bed for 2 extra sleeps, dining table and 8 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 3 bedrooms in which all are on suite. Two bedrooms with king size double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. One sofa bed in the lounge for 2 extra sleeps.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, a DVD player, CD player with radio and Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms have super king size double beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

8 chairs table and clothes airer.

POOL

Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

PRIVATE PARKING

Private parking in garage for one cars and plenty more space in surrounding area on sight outside the complex.

Refundable 250€ Security deposit required with final balance payment, and if there are no breakages or damage, will be returned to you on the last day of your holidays .

Key pick up with owner.

Supplement for heating and cooling of 10€ per day maybe requested, depending on the season.

Prices may vary on special holidays like Christmas and Easter.

Check In - from 17.00 / Check Out - Up to 10:00.

Specific changes to the schedule of Check In / Out are to combine.

Payments by Bank Transfer accepted in GBP and Euros.

The meeting point is outside the Aldi supermarket if you can´t manage to find the address. Here you will find the owner with the keys that will take guests to the villa.
