This property is a beautiful two and a half acres, three bedroom two bath single family home with a large open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, open kitchen with plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, pocket sliding glass doors allowing for an unobstructed view of the heated pool and decorative waterfall. The master bathroom boast a walk-in shower for two, a garden tub and a his and hers vanity. This home is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. A must see to believe. this property is conveniently located just five blocks from Pineland Marina, kayak launches, Tarpon Lodge, Alven Pines Country Club golf course, local fishing guides and much more. The best part about island living is when you leave it and venture out to the local waters of Pine Island Sound. Once on the water, you are minutes away from Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo Costa (a state park) Boca Grand Pass, Cabbage Key and much more. For those who fish, we need not say more. Come fish for Tarpon, Red fish, Sea Trout, Shark, Cobbia, Permit , sight see free swimming dolphins and manatees. If you choose, you can spend an evening picking the finest shells off the virgin beaches of Cayo Costa We cannot say enough about this experience! We hope you get a chance to live it for yourself.
