Un Rêve de Campagne. Belle maison de campagne, au calme, sans vis à vis, sans être isolée.

6 chambres/15 à 18 couchages.

Location pour 2 nuits minimum

Forfait week-end = 48h donc un vrai WE. (vendredi soir/dimanche soir)

Ouvert toute l’année !

A 70 km de Paris, sa situation est idéale pour vous mettre au vert quelques jours. Le RER D dessert la ville la plus proche (Malesherbes, 7 km) pour vos proches qui n'auraient pas de voiture (cependant, au moins 1 voiture reste nécessaire sur place pour vos courses à Malesherbes).

La maison est chaleureuse, conviviale et confortable, baignée de soleil, et rénovée et décorée avec goût.

Les jardins avant et arrière sont clos de murs.

Par ses larges ouvertures au rez de chaussée, vous serez de plein pied dans le jardin exposé au sud avec la possibilité de prendre vos repas dehors sur la terrasse, sur l'herbe ou sous le préau.

Sa distribution la rend aussi conviviale en petit nombre que nombreux.

Très cosy, elle est autant appréciée en hiver qu'en été.

Vous y passerez de très bons moments en famille ou entre amis avec toute tranquillité dans un atmosphère confortable.

Nous accueillons également les petits séminaires d'entreprise.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sandra (the owner) a message.

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
