Situated in a quiet part of the 5 star Riverside Park in Bognor Regis, we would like to welcome you to our luxurious 2 bed (6 berth) caravan. With unlimited wifi, integral appliances, En suite in the master bedroom, double glazing, central heating, and a generous decking area with BBQ, your comfort is ensured come rain or shine. Site facilities include heated indoor and outdoor pools, and entertainment throughout the season. Children have their own club and with play areas and greens all over the park they won't have time to be bored. Entertainment passes have to be purchased from reception you can also purchase a barrer card for £10 refundable on return.

Very Good

“Everything you could possibly need”

We (2 adults & 2 children) stayed at the Caravan for 4 nights in October. Immediately we were stuck by how spacious and modern the caravan was - not to mention clean and also homely. Our children loved staying here and although we ventured out each day we all looked forward to returning each afternoon. The caravan is located in a peaceful section of the park and the park itself is very well kept. As mentioned in the title, the Caravan had everything you could possibly want and in particular, for cooking; we cooked meals in the caravan each evening and found it to be kitted out with everything you could want to prepare a meal from scratch. We would definitely return to this property.

“Brilliant Caravan”

The Caravan was brilliantly situated in Bognor, an ideal place to stay for us to stay to visit our relatives. It has everything you can think of available to use it was clean and tidy, and the owner Denise was very friendly and helpful. We stayed end of October/November so the caravan was very warm and cosy. We will definitely by staying again without a doubt.

From the word go, I felt at ease speaking to the owner. Very friendly, approachable, answered every question I had.. Easy to book and lots of contact with the owner with all the relevant information. Photo’s do the caravan no justice at all. It’s a lovely van, good size and lots of personal touches make the caravan very cosy and homely feeling. Never had any issues at all during my stay, and I knew if I did to contact the owner. I would come back again and recommend this caravan and park to anyone xx

We were met by Denise upon arrival who we found to be very friendly and helpful. Immediately impressed by all of the homely touches and how clean and well provisioned the caravan and all of the utensils were. Denise takes care and pride in the standard of the accommodation. Thanks Denise for posting my Son's keys back after he left them behind. Would recommend without hesitation.

This holiday was great for my Sister and I. The caravan was very spacious and had everything you require for a holiday. The bedrooms was lovely especially the double room as it had walk in wardrobes with a full length mirror + sockets to use whilst drying your hair. Lots of room to hang clothes and draws to pack a ways things. John and Sam are very nice. They will leave their phone number in case they are needed for anything which is good to know. Overall this caravan would suit any family or couples looking for a holiday in Bognor Regis. You are 5 minutes from the town centre if using a car and Butlins if you fancy a day in the park. I will be booking again for next year.

I'd highly recommend staying in John and Sam's caravan. It's tucked away from the main part of the site (which we saw as a bonus). Large field to play in just a few caravans down though. Well equipped kitchen - nothing left out!

How do damage deposits work?

If Denise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
