Welcome to our Home in the Sun, on the Turkish Riviera - Mediterranean Coast.

Belkis Villa's, a small complex of 8 Villas near Bogazkent Village.

Our beautiful fully air conditioned villa is located in a peaceful area but also conveniently located only 35 minutes from Antalya Airport. If you have a large family group which requires more than one villa please contact us as we may be able to arrange the rental of a neighbouring villa.

Bedroom 1:

Master Suite comprises a King Size Double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets with en-suite bath/shower room. Also Private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens to the rear of villa.

Bedroom 2:

Comprises King Size Double Bed, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with shared main bathroom. Shared balcony overlooking the pool and gardens to the rear of villa.

Bedroom 3:

Comprises two single 3 Ft beds, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet with shared main bathroom. Shared balcony overlooking the pool and gardens to rear of villa. (The twin beds can be pushed together to make a double).

Bedroom 4:

Comprises single 3 ft bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet with shared main bathroom. The juliet balcony overlooks open space and the beautiful Taurus mountain range in the distance.

Bathrooms:

Ground Floor Bathroom - Including toilet and hand basin.

First Floor Bathroom - Including toilet, wash basin and corner shower.

En-suite to Master Bedroom - Including toilet, wash basin, jacuzzi bath and separate corner shower.

Kitchen:

The modern designed kitchen has granite worktops which includes a gas hob with electric oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine with modern accessories and utensils.

Breakfast/Dining:

The Dining area with 6 chairs overlooks the pool and private patio area through a large window.

Living Rooms: The beautiful modern open planned living area is complete with comfortable furniture, 3 seater sofa located in front of the TV with a 2 seater sofa / lounge chair in the bow patio windows to the rear.

We don't exclude smokers from renting the villa but there is a no smoking policy in the villa or on the balconies. Any signs of this will mean the forfeit of your deposit. If any additional cleaning / repairs are required due to not complying we will seek to redeem these costs also.

Further details indoors

Each room has been designed for your comfort so you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. Towels for the bathrooms and colourful towels for around the pool are provided. Wi-Fi is available in the complex but you would need to pay the additional cost directly to the Internet Café Duru Net to gain a login username and password for your stay.

Further details outdoors

The villa is in an enclosed garden with private pool and gardens. Outside furniture for around the pool and terrace is there for you to enjoy. Outside table and six garden chairs plus 4 loungers.

How do damage deposits work?
