TURQUISE HOMES RESORT - is stepped into a beautiful hillside with stunning views of Lake Tuzla and is just 25 minutes from Bodrum-Milas Airport and 25 minutes from Bodrum town. The Resort is ideally situated for tranquil breaks but also has many excellent facilities for more active, sociable holidays.

THE APARTMENT- fully equipped apartment which sleeps up to 5/6 (1 double and 1 twin bedroom plus sofa bed to sleep 1 adult or 2 children) and is in an enviable position with views not enjoyed by all other properties on the Resort. You can while away hours on the balcony or roof terrace while enjoying stunning, panoramic views of forest, lake and mountains, beginning with the spectacular sunrise over the mountains with the sounds of goat bells in the forest below (see gallery).

RESORT FACILITIES - 7 pools, children's pool and flumes, children's play area, mini golf, tennis, outdoor gym, air-conditioned indoor gym, restaurant, bar with large screen TV and free WiFi in the resort restaurant, shops, Hammam (spa) and play area.

BEACHES - There are several beaches close by including 'My Beach' (see gallery) and our own private beach which is in a secluded inlet with decked area and beach bar. A short walk from the private beach is the infinity pool with breathtaking, uninterrupted views over the Aegean Sea.

DINING - the apartment is fully equipped for self catering. For dining out the Turquoise Restaurant offers a superb menu including breakfast, light lunches and snacks, traditional Turkish cuisine, pizza and pasta, chinese, indian, vegetarian, fish, even a Sunday roast! There are several other restaurants close by, many with beautiful sea views.

OUT & ABOUT - Excursions and car hire available at the Resort.

AND FINALLY - Once your holiday with us is booked we will be on hand at any time should you require any further information or advice. We provide detailed information, from transfer arrangements on arrival in Turkey, up to and including details of the Resort, facilities and surrounding area to ensure you get the most out of your holiday at Turquoise. There is an excellent Management Team on site who will be able to assist with any day to day queries or questions you have and our own Apartment Management Company provide a 24 hr emergency 'phone service.

Why can't I call Syeda (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Syeda (the owner) a message.

If Syeda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
