Description

The apartment is situated in a very safe area, with no evidence of any 'risks' that may distract from a lovely holiday, and you can be assured of a warm welcome. Our agent is just 500m away and the office is open 12hrs a day. This property is actually 2 x 1 bedroomed apartments together, if required. With 2 apartments we can accommodate 4. There is an additional cost of £150 a week for the second apartment, minimum £100 for less time. You may of course just choose one or the other. With there being 2 adjacent apartments, there is the option of 1 or 2 bedrooms. Ideal for family and couple wanting privacy, or 2 couples spending a holiday together needing privacy at night.

Overlooking the sea and hills in the background, the views are truly impressive! A lovely terrace outside provides ample space for dining table, chairs and sun loungers.

The apartments are near a free monorail affording the opportunity to go up to the shops or down to the beach. The resort is designed for use by holidaymakers without a car, although car hire is easy. There are numerous trips, including boat trips around the islands.

Please note there is a charge of £75 for each booking if less than £200, capped at £200. This covers our agent’s costs of preparation, cleaning, admin, and for being available if need be. Agent is on site, and available for car hire, and trips too. The agent's cost may be added to the rental cost automatically when trying to book.
