Description

This comfortable air-conditioned two bedroom, ground floor apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace. It is on on a beautifully maintained and well equipped low-rise sea front holiday resort - the Sunrise Beach Club. It boasts three swimming pools, a small children's pool, a restaurant / café, bar, gym, sauna, games room, barbecue area, and a wellness centre. Sunbeds available at no extra charge.

Ideal for families and couples alike. If you are looking for a relaxed, safe holiday with good food, friendly locals, consider here. With hotel standards but without the crowds, the Sunrise Beach Club is a premium resort.

You will be a few hundred meters from the sea, and 1.2 km from the picturesque fishing harbour of Bogaz village, Famagusta. There you will find the nearest beaches, 5 restaurants serving traditional Cypriot and European food along the waterfront, a selection of bars, supermarkets and other conveniences. Famagusta Old Town is just 25 minutes drive along the bay. The new 18 hole golf course at Esentepe is within 30 minutes drive, and Korineum Golf & Country Club just 40 mins away. Nicosia and Kyrenia are 75 minutes away. The whole area is situated at the foot of the Bespermark mountains. If you do want to go outside the complex, a hire car is advised as there is no public transport in the area.

The apartment is managed by a professional management company with an on-site office, providing 24 hour security cover and assistance. There is ample parking space.

Electricity and water used will be charged for separately at the end. A deposit of £50 (UK) per week will be required on picking up the keys.

“A great, peaceful base for Famagusta Bay and the Karpaz”

We arrived at this apartment somewhat frazzled from a noisy hotel and the contrast was immediately appreciated! This spacious, clean and well equipped apartment is on a beautiful development where peace and quiet are the order of the day. The apartment is spacious and well designed, not needing air-con all the time, with two good size bedrooms and a spacious lounge / diner, with a balcony (very good for watching that sunrise). You will definitely need a car as it's quite remote and down a track. Follow the arrival instructions carefully and you will find this gem! Good beach about a ten minute drive away at Long Beach and the Korfez restaurant clinging to the fishing harbour is highly recommended.
