From the owner

Thalassa beach resort is set in the stunningly beautiful conservation areas of Bafra, part of the Karpas peninsula in northern Cyprus. This region is acknowledged for its unspoiled beauty with glorious sandy beaches, clean Mediterranean waters and a ruggedly spectacular coastline all framed by the Besparmak mountain range.

This 3 bedroom apartment with direct sea views from the terrace and private pool. The master bedroom with double bed has an en-suite bathroom, while the second (twin beds) and third (single with additional pull out) bedrooms share a further bathroom, each with a shower. The open plan lounge diner has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, hobs, fridge freezer etc), a dining table and sofas each providing seating for 6 in comfort with TV, DVD player and range of films provided. French windows lead to the decked terrace which has further seating plus access to the private plunge pool. A washing machine is also provided.

Set in a secluded beach resort with landscaped grounds and an enormous shared pool suitable for all ages. There is an on-site restaurant and bar with small shop plus gym, sauna and spa with various treatments available. All rooms are air conditioned and the apartment enjoys secure underground parking.

As well as the main pool there is an additional pool hosting 3 water slides, a Tennis/Basketball Court, Beach volleyball court, mini golf, children's play area, indoor games room, BBQ area and pool bar. The complex has its own private beach with a decked area and sun beds with the Sunset Bar at the end of a jetty.

Nearby Bafra Beach boasts water sports, further restaurants, bars and a casino, while the village of Bogaz has a supermarket and more bars and restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?
