Description

1-bedroom apartment (newly built in the end of 2014), consisting of a living room (open plan kitchen) with a balcony, bedroom and bathroom, facing south, situated on the 5th floor (there is an elevator in the building) part of a residence complex with it's own pool.

Accommodates up to 4 persons - double bed in a bedroom (160 x 200 cm) and a folding sofa (125 x 190 cm) in a living room.

Satellite TV.

Full air conditioning (both in a living room and in a bedroom).

Kitchen equipped with a cooker, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, kettle, mixer, tableware, bed linen and towels provided as well as an iron with an ironing board and a hairdryer.

For children there is a little table and a small chair for baby and a toilet stool.

Enjoy the excellent panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and coastline sitting on a balcony with a cup of coffee.

Take a swim in a crystal clear sea water - sandy Long Beach (free access) with a gradual entrance to the sea is 200 meters away ( 3 min. to walk ) or just have a walk along the coast.

For your free use RIGHT ON THE SPOT and in the residential complex just opposite - shared mini garden, swimming pools (unheated) including small for babies, barbecue area, basketball/mini football playground, simple open-air gym. There is also a professional gym (10 min walk) but that one is is not free, if required you can enquire on the spot.

WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF 10 MIN in another neighboring residential complex you can find for free

playgrounds, sport ground with big tennis court

game zone (with tennis tables and game machines, there is a little fee to use those).

Also in the same neighboring residential complex there is another supermarket and an excellent restaurant.

Also in 15 MIN of WALKING (800 meters) on Long Beach is the family restaurant grill-karaoke bar " Big Al's Bar and Grill" , where music evenings with invited musicians are held regularly, and also Long Beach Resort where you can have a delicious lunch (buffet , children free of charge)

Here you will find the ideal place for children of all ages - the sun and warm sea with sandy beach (gradual entrance to the sea), a lot of playgrounds near the complex and along the beach, small pools for children. You can freely let your children to play around themselves as this area is quiet, the crime level is zero ( as well as in other parts of North Cyprus ), the local people are extremely friendly and ready to help and so much loving children.

The nearest town is Iskele (3 km) where you can get by the bus or on a rented car. There is a big supermarket there, also every Friday you can find there a market of local fruits and vegetables, by the way the food here is inexpensive and so fresh and natural, especially it's worth to note a variety and quality of milk products, various greens and fresh meat ( beef and mutton), so you can cook your own delicious shish kebab (there is a barbecue area on site).

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:

SMOKING prohibited except for on the balcony with the CLOSED balcony door.

CLEANING before and after your stay is INCLUDED in the rental price.

If you wish to order cleaning during your stay - that can be purchased for an additional price of 35 Euros.

ALL UTILITY COSTS (water (excluding drinking water), electricity, gas and unlimited internet are included in the rental price but please note - there are limits on water (no more than 1.75 cubic metre per week) and electricity (no more than 50 kWt per week) based on budget consumption and if you exceed those limits you will be charged extra fee according to a local price on water and electricity.

For INTERNET ACCESS there is WiFi router in the flat.

you can also get in a supermarket a local prepaid sim card with internet traffic included.
