The apartments are located in the Octavius building of the Caesar Resort in Northern Cyprus between Bogas and Famagusta. Caesar Resort – residential complex of apartment located 600m from the sandy beach. Apartment for a family of 3 adults with a baby in Octavius ​​building contains: comfortable sofa-bed 160x200, crib, open kitchen in the living room. Queen-size 120x200 bed and shower with toilet in the small bedroom . Balcony with wonderful views. The apartments are equipped: air conditioners, satellite TV, refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, electric oven, microwave and toaster. A complete set of utensils and accessories for cooking, bed linen and towels. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The atmosphere of comfort, relaxation and good mood. Caesar Resort combines beauty and style together with comfort and usability. Complex facilities perfectly suits both for vacation and staying all year round: children play grounds and different types of sport courts, gym.

The landscape design must not escape your attention, 17 000m2 of green lawns and flowerbeds, trees and bushes will provide fresh shade during hot summver days. Café/internet, restaurants, supermarket, kindergarten and club. Open amphitheatre, 5 various swimming pools. Spa: Wet and dry saunas, jacuzzi. Dead Sea SPA with a pool and wide range of medical, relaxing and cosmetic procedures of body treatments. Tennis court. Sports courts. Mini-golf. Gym/fitness club. Snooker, video games. Also for you in the Caesar resort complex there is a Medical Center, an ATM, Casa Italiana and Mister Pancake restaurants, Brilliance Beauty Salon, and a children's club. Car rental, Bicycle, Shuttle service, excursions. Free bus to the beach is provide. Location is definitely the most important factor. 20 minutes drive from Famagusta, historical and archaeological city. Regular bus from the resort. Famagusta has nice cathedral in the city centre, ancient ruins and walls around the city. You will find lots of nice cafes and restaurants around, and you can enjoy panoramic views along with a nice meal.

Utilities services are included in the rent price (limited to 20€ per week). Long lease paid by the tenant. Needed deposit for any period of residence in the a mount of 100€.
