Description

The Villa offers spacious air conditioned accommodation with a large swimming pool in the grounds plus a large roof terrace for private sunbathing. There are secluded beaches only a few minutes away for guests who want to swim in the warm Mediterranean Sea. It is ideal for families or groups of friends.
Bogaz is a small fishing port with several restaurants and.offers an ideal base for sightseeing around the Island. The unspoiled Karpaz Peninsula,is an area of natural beauty with access to some of the best beaches in Cyprus. Famagusta is only a short drive away and has a multitude of restaurants, shops and attractions. A 18 hole golf course is a 30 minute drive away.

“Very unhappy”

After reading good reviews I felt comfortable booking the villa. On arrival early hours there was no internet, which granted was dealt with the following day. But the cleanliness OMG leaves a lot to be desired. (Owner apologiesing to me saying no one wants to clean here!) The kitchen & fridge was filthy, to which Derek the owner told me he was surprised with my attitude, being it was the 3rd day in the property with only one TV channel, no hot water down stairs & rubbish interest connection. Along with me havi g to clean the fridge & kitchen for it to be issuable! Fuming is an understatement

Owner's reply: If you need 24 hour internet please do not book my villa as it is in Cyprus which is still a third world country. This guest only complained to me that the fridge was dirty. She overlooks the fact that the whole villa had just been redecorated inside and out.

The house is very compftable, clean,and well situatet . Not far from the beach . Close to towns. very quiet. Internetconnection very important. I look forward to retourn again in summer to enjoy the swimminpool . The only thing is the water has so much calcium which makes the dishes looking dirty .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
