If you fancy spending your holidays feasting your eyes on a beautiful seaview with turquoise blue sea... then this is the place to be!

This luxury seafront villa is located in a bay with not more then 10 houses and is ideal for families or a group of friends.

You have the choice to relax at your private pool (10 x 4 m) or enjoy a swim in the Aegean sea which is accessible by stairs.

One of the highlights is relaxing on the spacious covered balcony with a glass of wine, rakı or a cold local beer and enjoy the fabulous view of the Aegean sea with it most stunning sunsets.

This villa has a private park place and is a 2 floor building. The up floor offers 3 spacious airco bedrooms with 2 large bathrooms one being en suite. All bedsizes are 180 x 200 cm. The down floor has 1 en suite airco bedroom with bedsize 160 x 200 cm, a storage room,a bright and airco salon (TV and internet) with open kitchen which is full equiped with everything you require for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso, fruit press, toaster & mixer.

Dining facilities opening to a covered terrace with a teak table and 8 comfortable chairs. You have a small fridge on the balcony to cool your drinks. With a few steps down you are at the pool with its 8 wooden sunbeds. A staircase brings you to the beach.

The villa is on a 15 minutes drive from the cosy centre of Bodrum where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The pretty village Güvercinlik is at an approx 10 minutes drive and 20 minutes to the airport.

There is a "Breakage Deposit" of €400 to be paid cash on arrival and will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 working days in case of no damage.

Electricity, use of water, weekly cleaning and linen is included in the rates.

There will be no additional cleaning fee charged at the end of holiday, provided that the Property is left reasonably clean and tidy.
