The Chalet is Brand New 2014 and is large and very spacious,fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 2-6) with an abundance of storage space.All gas and electricity are provided. Also included is all your bedding and towels. You will find that the Chalet is fully equipped for all your day to day needs. It also has a very nice outside decking area to relax.The Chalet is nestled close to the magnificent River Spey and The RSPB Loch Garten is just 1.5 miles away.

Boat of Garten ( or affedtionately known as the Osprey Village ) is an area of outstanding beauty centrally located in the Highlands of Scotland and the Cairngorms National Park and is the perfect place from which to explore the delights of the Highlands. The area caters for Fishing/ Golfing/Skiing/walking/cycling or just wildlife watching. The Cairgorm Mountain and Ski slopes and its funicular moutain railway are very close by are very close by. Amongst many other attractions is the Cairngorm Reindeer Centre and two dedicated watersport centres Loch Insh and Loch Morllich with its sandy beach. Also not to be forgotten is is the Strathspey Rail, the Glenlivet Distillery Centre (free of charge entry plus a wee dram!!) Landmark Forest Adventure Park. Whether it be fine dining,a quick snack,lazy Sunday Lunch,afternoon tea or cake and coffee there are great places to go to in and around the Cairngorm National Park.

The City of Inverness is just 40 mins drive away or nearer to home there is the bustling Aviemore which is just 4-5 miles away. Last but not least Boat of Garten Holiday Park has a very well stocked store at the entrance to the park and also offers a hotel bistro,award winning restaurant, post office and the famous James Braid designed 18 hole golf course.

Very Good

“Fantastic weekend stay”

We stayed for the September weekend with our two young boys aged 4 and 2. The caravan was well equipped and spotless. It was a real home away from home. Despite all the stuff we brought with us, we barely used it as everything we had was already there. There was sweets for the kids, tea, coffee and fresh milk too. It was very much appreciated. The added touch of the toys and games, as well as the dvds kept the little ones really happy and entertained. This was an excellent stay and we will love to use this place again in the future, if they'll have us :)

Perfectly placed in Boat of Garten for access to Aviemore,Cairngorm and Landmark adventure park. Lovely caravan on the Boat of Garten Holiday Park. Fully equipped even down to milk in the fridge. A nice touch was a big bowl of sweets and lollipops for my young grandson. Met Helen when we arrived and were made very welcome. Easy access to the owners as they live on the park.(not that we had any problems). Anyone looking for lovely, reasonably priced accommodation in the area,this is the answer.

“Last minute short break”

Decided at the last minute to have a couple of days in aviemore. Luckily the chalet was available and booking was a breeze. The chalet was clean, very comfortable and it's location in boat of garten was perfect as a base for us. All you need to take is yourselves as everything is provided for you. Even had fresh milk in the fridge and a pack of dog treats to welcome us! The owners are obviously very proud of their chalet and we would not hesitate to book it again.

An amazing few days in a beautiful chalet,in a beautiful location, with lots of lovely personal touches that really enhanced our stay, only wish we could have stated longer! “Excellent accommodation for the full family”

having stayed in many rental caravans this is by far the best. Accommodation presented to a very high standard, the owner has thought of everything and more that you need to make your stay perfect. My daughter loved her frozen themed bedroom. Could recommend this accommodation enough, will definetly be back

How do damage deposits work?

If Ronald (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
