Description

With a large comfortable living area and dining area, a dining table and 4 chairs, feature gas fire and a flat screen TV with freeview. The L shaped sofa contains a pull out double bed.

It has 2 well appointed bedrooms, a double with en suite, and a twin to comfortably sleep 4 adults (sleeping 6 with pull out bed in living area). DVD player in double bedroom.

The kitchen has everything you need - crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave , please note we have recently installed a washing machine for your convienience and there iis a dvd player in the living room also ..There is also a large walk in family shower room.

High quality bedding. Gas and electric are included.

It is double glazed and centrally heated throughout.

Outside there is a decking area with chairs.

The park is based in the village and offers access to all local services and amenities including restaurants, hotel,post office,bus transport,fishing,bike hire,golf,tennis,and bowls. There is also a great convenience store at the entrance to the site.

Maximum 6 adults.

Car is highly recommended with parking directly outside the caravan.

Lovely van and clean and very roomy, in great area for trips with kids and park is Lesley and quiet. Would definitely go back again

Surprisingly spacious, warm and welcoming. Very well situated for our family needs both within the caravan and \the surrounding area for activities. We will certainly consider a short break here at some point in the future.

Immaculate caravan , everything we needed for a fantastic stay for Hogmanay . Friendly owner , went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Ideal location , walked into Aviemore and took train back. Perfect stay for our lab Alfie with plenty of walks . Would definitely recommend to others .

We had a really enjoyable time at number 67, Boat of Garten. The caravan was clean, very modern and well equipped. Perfect for a family. The twin bedroom would be more suitable for children. We were not told how to get the key however so there was a bit of confusion at reception but all was resolved. It is only a short drive to Aviemore and a good location for travelling a bit further such as Inverness. There was no wi-fi available which was a bit disapointing as we never got a very good internet/phone signal. However, all in all everything was more than satisfactory.

How do damage deposits work?
