With a large comfortable living area and dining area, a dining table and 4 chairs, feature gas fire and a flat screen TV with freeview. The L shaped sofa contains a pull out double bed.

It has 2 well appointed bedrooms, a double with en suite, and a twin to comfortably sleep 4 adults (sleeping 6 with pull out bed in living area). DVD player in double bedroom.

The kitchen has everything you need - crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave , please note we have recently installed a washing machine for your convienience and there iis a dvd player in the living room also ..There is also a large walk in family shower room.

High quality bedding. Gas and electric are included.

It is double glazed and centrally heated throughout.

Outside there is a decking area with chairs.

The park is based in the village and offers access to all local services and amenities including restaurants, hotel,post office,bus transport,fishing,bike hire,golf,tennis,and bowls. There is also a great convenience store at the entrance to the site.

Maximum 6 adults.

Car is highly recommended with parking directly outside the caravan.

Me, my partner and 10 year old son have just returned home after a 4 night stay at this caravan. I have to say it was awesome. Fair better than we expected. We arrived Friday night when it was dark and raining. We got the key from the key box on the gate post and unlocked the door. It was cold when we first went in but we turned up the heating and within an hour it was so cosy we had to turn it down again. There were radiators in both bedrooms, the bathroom, the hallway and two in the sitting area. There was also tv's in both bedrooms much to our son's delight. There was a seating area outside but as it rained everyday we didn't use it but I could easily picture myself sitting out there on a lovely summer evening with a glass of wine. It was lovely and clean and quite modern with fixtures and fittings. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Bedding was provided but remember to take towels with you. The caravan park itself is lovely and quiet. It's in a great location. 5 minutes down the road and there's a shop and post office. It sells just about everything you may need. Also across the road from the shop is the boat hotel. It's a lovely hotel that does breakfast for non residents. The pancakes with syrup will certainly set you up for the day. All in all we would certainly think about staying again and would easily recommend it to family and friends.

Lovely holiday home, very clean and tidy. All the amenities you could ask for. Would go back again. Close to many of the highland sights, yet very peaceful too.

We have just returned from a fantastic few days away at Boat of Garten. This holiday home is beautiful and perfect for families. We were there with our 2 boys aged 6 and 3 who both loved the caravan park and this home. In picturesque surroundings and a perfect location plus the added bonus of our few days being during a heat wave, we had a great time. The boat house is a perfect place to sit with a drink or to eat and watch the steam train going place. We took the boys swimming at McDonald Aviemore resort which they loved and took in a day at Landmark aswell as GoKarting just a couple of miles from the holiday park. The caravan caters for all of your needs as well as having little home touches. We will definitely be back. Thanmks again Janet for allowing us to hire your lovely holiday home

Surprisingly spacious, warm and welcoming. Very well situated for our family needs both within the caravan and \the surrounding area for activities. We will certainly consider a short break here at some point in the future.
