The property lies nestled in to the Cornish countryside but is only a short drive to the towns of Port Isaac famed in the TV series of Doc Martin, Padstow with restaurants and home to the popular annual Christmas Festival or take a trip to the surfing mecca of Polzeath. Close by are Wadebridge, a great shopping town with individual boutiques and the cathedral city of Truro, the Duchy’s capital. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 single with pull out bed (which can be made into a double on request at time of booking). Bathroom: with bath, separate shower and WC. Shower room: wet room style with shower, WC and original feature water trough on the ground floor. Lounge: with open fire, Smart TV and DVD. Snug: with open fire, Smart TV, DVD and Xbox 360 with assortment of games. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with Stanley range oven, electric induction range oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Utility room: with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: private garden area with lawn to the front of the property, use of shared garden with children’s play house and sand pit and private patio area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels (not beach towels), electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 medium sized dog welcome (dogs are politely asked to be kept downstairs and out of the shared garden area). Location: beach 10 miles, shops 5 miles and pub 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm.
