"A tranquil location with breathtaking views."
Avril was brilliant from the word go, very quick responses to all enquiries both before and during our stay. The house itself was absolutely perfect for our family get away. Avril was incredibly informative about the local area including walks, eateries, activities etc. The views are simply stunning and I found myself zoning out due to said view on many occasions. The rooms were very spacious and the house did not take long to heat up once turned on and the log fire gave us a homely feeling. We went on many walks and also kayaking on the lake through a gentlemen named Bryan (Avril will be able to help you contact him if needed) he also takes mountain biking and off-road 4x4. I couldn't recommend Lacken Lodge highly enough and will be returning in the future. Ben, Jessica and Fam.
Hi Ben Thanks for such a positive review - glad you all enjoyed your stay Avril
