“Superb flat. Quiet, with just the sound of the river flowing past.”

Reviewed 23 Jun 2013

Highly recommended. Cannot fault the flat. The 2 double beds were very comfortable. The flat was warm and clean. The location is quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, looking at the river and listening to the water passing over the rocks. The decor was in top condition and modern.

“A modern clean two bedroomed flat very convenient for Blairgowrie”

Reviewed 11 Jul 2012

The flat was well equipped and presented and was very convenient for our purposes - a short walk into Blairgowrie. We travelled as two couples. There are two two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room. The other bedroom can make use of the main bathroom (no shower), which suited our group with one couple preferring a bath. There is one car parking space but we were generally able to park our second vehicle in front of the building. On two occasions in the week we had to park the second car on the entrance to Riverside Walk - about 100 yards away. The flat is one storey up with no lift option. This wasn't a problem for us. There is no wifi availability which would have been good.
