The luxury villa, with breathtaking sea and mountain views, is fully equipped and modernly furnished with four bedrooms, with air conditioners, jacuzzi and large living areas. The verandas and balconies give an exceptional view of a private swimming pool , the garden and mountain view. The villa is 5 mins walk to the well known beach of Tamarin which is among the most beautiful beach in Mauritius . Tamarin is also well known for its catamaran trip and swim with the dolphin . It's also a well known area for surfing and other kite surfing . Tamarin is surrounded by several bars , supermarkets and restaurant . Golf lovers can enjoys their day at tamarin a golf club .

The villa is situated in Tamarin, on the west coast of the Island, a posh and safe area with restaurants, pubs, shopping centres, sports and golf clubs in the vicinity. Deep sea fishing,parasailing, kite surfing ,catamarans and other nautical sports readily available at the beaches, five minutes drive from the villa. Also this area is well known for the watching of dolphin .Chamarel and seven colour earth is 15 mins drive from the villa.Transfer arrangement and sightseeing can be arranged with property owner.

Our holiday villa is also close to golf , spa and deep sea fishing para sailing. We also provide car rental to our guest on discount packages. Catamaran journey and other activities can be booked through us.

Casa de buena apariencia con jardin y piscina bien cuidados.No asi el mobiliario exterior. En el interior precisaria una limpieza general en profundidad y labores de mantenimiento(reparaciones diversas). Aspecto poco acogedor de las habitaciones(faltaria mobiliario,sabanas y toalllas muy usadas). la persona que te recibe justo entrega las llaves y te enseña la casa.Dificultad para entenderse con el. recomendaria una mayor supervision del alojamiento .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
