Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine.  Outside: enclosed garden with private hot tub, patio area and garden furniture. Amenities: ample parking for 4 cars. Bed linen, towels (please bring your own towels for when using the hot tub), electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm
